@yellowjacketsnetwork event 08: alternate genre ↳ lottienat in romcoms (and more!)
Lottie beginning to cry as everyone, including those who believed in her and what she preached leave her (because to Lottie, the rejection of the Wilderness is a rejection of Lottie, of who Lottie truly is), not even trying to convince her to come with her (do I think Lottie would’ve? Unsure, probably not. I don’t think she’s like Jackie, who would’ve come back had those she loved tried a little more to coax her) VS Lottie’s little smile as she realises Shauna and Taissa (who are also two of the people who have criticised her most and disbelieved in her and the Wilderness), stay, maybe not for her but it’s enough

Spoilers for yellowjackets season 3
I honestly really liked how we got a different side to the pit girl situation. I liked how Gen was trying to help Mari how she could, and there was remorse. I hope next season I get Travis grieving because his pit killed her, and hopefully Akilah grieves too because I loved her friendship with Mari in the other seasons. Now that Shauna is acknowledging her memories now I hope Mari haunts the narrative too and is actually a bitch about it. Ghost Mari, please don't let her rest 🙏
Has anyone checked on Netflix Brazil? Like how are they doing after episode 8?
Van: Wait... Lottie, you're a lesbian right?
Lottie: Ya!
Van: But you told me you like Nat AND Travis?
Lottie: Yep!
Van: But... Travis is a dude?
Lottie: Oh... does she not know yet?
“you can’t ship travlottienat AND think lottie is a lesbian” what you fail to consider is that travis martinez is a trans girl actually
I would give anything for a van and Laura lee friendship
“Had Shauna been in a different head space or a different place in her life, this could have been a really beautiful, honest and true relationship.” -Sophie Nélisse in Teen Vogue Article
MORE YELLOWJACKETS SEASON THREE EPISODE FOUR SPOILERS BELOW (last post for today, i promise)
I think that Lottie is definitely one of the most tragic deaths so far. She went through so much, and she didn't deserve anything that happened to her and she didn't deserve to go in the way that it seems she did. Of course, we don't yet know the full context of her death, but it's obvious that someone else did this to her, and the candles around her bring a sort of ritual aspect to it that i'm excited to see them dive back into.
(i'm also still stuck on the trial vote, like what the fuck?)
