To all my American friends, the time is now.
Please, execute a BOMBARDMENT. Call your representatives!
While this might be a simple poll for many of us, Gazans do not have the luxury to sit and think if they like winter. The rain which swept through Gaza a few weeks ago washed away many of the tents which were situated by sea-side and thus destroyed resources that were acquired after months of raising funds. My friend Amal Ashour ( @amalashuor ) urgently needs to replace the soggy blankets and she needs to buy warm clothes for winter too. It is dreadfully cold right now and Amal is worried about her little daughter Mariam. She requires these funds to keep her daughter safe during these terrible months of winter. Additionally it has been hard to access any rations. A month ago when I spoke to Amal, she said that flour bags were costing around $150 USD- this has increased to almost $250 USD now!! That too at a time when Amal is not only bearing the responsibility for her own little family, but she is also helping out her extended family as well. So please boost and please donate to Amal's fundraiser. She is going through an extremely difficult time and is responsible for more than twenty people.
Verification #175
Please understand that Amal needs to provide rations and blankets and mattresses to all of her family members. It is a huge task and needs your active participation.
To everyone who had a chance to help, you can donate or reblog. And share this to everyone.
Hello again, I am Abood from Gaza, I live in war, fear and destruction, we have been living for almost a year and a half now and we do not know how long, we have been displaced from our house more than 11 times
She got married 10 months ago amid the horrors of war. We dreamed of a bright future, but the war destroyed our home and everything we planned. We lost our livelihood after my fatherβs shops I worked in were destroyed after graduating with accounting. We had to move dozens of times in search of safety, but no safety here, only fear and constant death
Today, my sick wife and I live in a small tent that does not from the heat of summer or the cold of winter, amid insects and pollution that aggravates their health. I dream of surviving, traveling far from this hell, but the cost of leaving exceeds our ability
We wake up every day to the smell of death, tanks and helicopters have surrounded me more than 4 times, and every time I donβt know how to live? It seems that my death has not yet come
I beg you to reach out to save our lives, the only chance we have left is to help you

I am one of the sons of Al Shati refugee camp, and a survivor of Al Shifa hospital massacre. Does anybody care to hear my story?
I live in Gaza city, where my youth was taken from me.
On 7-10-2023 I was asleep, my biggest concern was waking up in time for the 8am lecture at my university.
I'm in Al-Shati camp, south of Gaza. I'm sure you've heard of it. Today is 26-11-2024, it's been more than a year, and I'm still living outside my house. I don't understand why this happened, or why I'm still not in my house.
About two weeks ago was the anniversary of our displacement from northern Gaza to the south and since that day we've known nothing but hardship.
The tent where we live is inhabitable and cannot support any form of life in this cold and this rain and this flooding.
Of all these terrors, the memory of our displacement is the bleakest of them all.
On 10-11-2023, we experienced two days of siege on Al Shifaa hospital, without food nor drink nor even light to see around us, feeling our way like we're blind in order to move around, because even our phones had run out of battery, not even knowing whether the occupation has invaded the hospital yet or not, all we hear is the sound of ceaseless bombardment within the hospital's perimeter.
We lost a lot of people that day. Those who were detained, those who were murdered, and those whose fates are unknown to this day.
We couldn't believe it when the morning finally came, and we finally fled the hospital, to walk 20 kilometers on our feet through Al Halabat path after two days with no food or drink.
This is the story of one of Gaza's sons. My story is not singular, but one of many stories that strengthen our conviction in our right to this land. Most of us here have died for this land.
Our condition today is horrible. This war is picking us off one by one. I am not willing to lose another member of my family. Causes of death are compounding, the latest of which is the cold and storms that the weather has brought.
With only 5 dollars, you can save me and my family's lives. If you can't donate, share this post so it can reach someone whoΒ canΒ helpΒ us.
Today, with a significant drop in temperatures and a sharp rise in food prices, the price of a bag of flour has reached $600. Please help me so that I can feed my family.

Irish band kneecap opening their set at coachella weekend 2
since dawn, israel has killed at least 64 people in strikes targeting overcrowded homes and displacement tents β one of the deadliest mornings in Gaza since the genoc/de resumed last month.
A video of Palestinian man burning to death while still connected to an IV went viral after Israel firebombed a hospital and set tents on fire. I won't post the video or the pictures but I'd like to commemorated the victim.
This is Shaaban Al-Dalu. He had two sisters and a little brother. He was studying software engineering in the tent he died in. Shaaban was his family's sole provider. His mother died with him. May they rest in peace
Edited to add family pic
π€please donate if you can, folks! π€
Why is no one talking to me? No one checks on my family anymore. Are we no longer important, the six of us?! When will I find someone to care about us? Will it be when we are bombed or dead?
The people here helped me, and the Tumblr community is wonderful. I love you all.
But no one wants to check on my family anymore. I have four children who live every day in fear, with bombings and death, in a place without sanitation, filled with epidemics and diseases. Even food is now just canned goods. Is a child supposed to live their life here without any sweets or treats?
Are we dead?! Is that why no one answers or asks about us? Or has the world's conscience died, so they donβt think about us or inquire about us?
I created a post telling our story in black and white because my family and I are starting to lose hope. Perhaps someone will look at the pictures and read the story, realizing that this family is on the brink of becoming a memory.
My children, my wife, and I read your comments and your words, and the messages you send. Why have you stopped? No one is standing with us. You know, even internet and electricity here are hard to come by, and we walk a long way to reach a place just to tell you that we are still alive here in Gaza.
We hoped someone would fight with us, try to raise our voice to the world, send our campaign to friends, or even try to adopt our cause and reach out to people, asking them to write and share our story.
If Iβm the only one here in Gaza trying to raise my family's voice and save them, I wonβt succeed alone.
I'm writing this because I can't do it alone, and I hope you will support me and stand with me.
Just read this with your hearts. My family and I need your support with your own selves, minds, and consciences, not just donations, above all else.
I will attach a picture of my family here, hoping it will make someone look with their heart, talk to us, and say, βI will try to help you.β
I hope to find someone who cares about whether my family and I are still alive.
