The simple things

So tonight I had to start a continuing education class at the college for my job. I don't like this because it takes time away from my beautiful bride. The class was supposed to be one night a week till thanksgiving. Well that went to shit too. At the beginning of class the instructor informed us that not only will the class meet one night a week but they have thrown in 5 Saturday classes as well. Just what I wanted to hear. Fuck me running. Even more time lost. Anyway to the reason for this post. I came home from class to find my daughter sleeping stretched across her bed looking like a little angle. As I bent down to kiss her goodnight as I always do. Why because I'm the daddy that's why. She woke up just enough to say goodnight daddy I love you then roll over and fast asleep she went. I can't believe she's almost grown. So then I proceed to our bedroom and there she is the most beautiful woman on earth. The love of my life. The mother of my beautiful little girl. The reason I wake in the mornings and push through the day. My wonderful beautiful sexy wife. Laying in our bed fast asleep as well. She looks so peaceful and relaxed. A pure angel laying at rest. I bent down and kissed her forehead. She loves forehead kisses. Her face lit up with a big smile as she lay there still asleep without a care in the world. Moments like these are priceless I wouldn't trade them for anything in the world. I love my girls more than life itself!
