E/HC!Gem: oh my god, I can't let my friends know I LARP! That's so embarrassing!
HC!False: oh my god, I can't let my friends know I've molded a sentient version of myself like a piece of clay and got rid of her memories, making her paranoid of the world around her and unsure of why all these surreal things happen to her. That's so embarrassing!
Speed - very sweet, tethering on umcomfortably sweet, very runny consistancy just like sugar infused water
Jump Boost - leaves a slightly numb and almost hairy feeling in your mouth, taste more savioury that other potions, very runny in constancy as well
Instant Heeling - tastes like uncomfortably sweet artifical watermelon, with a bitter aftertaste that lingers, very thick consistancy that sticks to the top your mouth like cough sirup (for those who know, like fennel honey in consistancy)
Poision - extremly bitter taste with a sour aftertaste that doesn't go away even when drinking water, slightly thicker than water in consistancy
Water Breathing - Very salty in taste, stinges slightly in your mouth (like when you eat too much pineapple), almost exactly like water in consistancy
Fire Resistance - burns in your mouth, heats you up from inside like very hot chili, tastes mostly just hot, but players who drink Fire Res often say that also tastes broth, potion with the thickest consistancy
Night Vision - surprinsgly sweet, but with a bitter after taste to it (imagine carrot juice, but if it left a bitter taste), runny consitancy
Strength - Hot, but not as much as Fire Res, and savoury taste that has a lingering taste of metal, a thick consiatncy often with clumbs in it, usually hard to swallow
Regeneration - A slight salty taste to it, but not much, almost tastes like nothing at first, but with time the salty taste just gets more and more, consitancy just like water
Turtle Master - Surprinsgly sour with a hint of salt, sticks to the top of your mouth with clumps in it making it hard to get down quick
Slow Falling - Bitter taste that transitions to a extremly sweet taste after a short while, the consistancy is usually more runny, but with some clumbs in it
Slowness - A taste that is almost to good for it, like barbeque if said barbeque was made with a bit too much salt, in contrats to the potions it's brewed from an extremly thick consistancy
Instant Damage - Tastes like fermented fruits (mostly apples, but answers to this vary from player to player) and lingers in your mouth for sometimes hours, very runny consistancy that feels like oil and sticks to every available surface
Invisibility - Bitter taste, players who use Invis often can tell a slight hint of sweetness remaining from the Night Vision, sticks to the roof your mouth in a thick consitancy
Weakness - Tastes almost like nothing, just a hint of an artifical sweetness and a water-like consistancy, that burns at the back of your throat
Awkward Potion - Sweet and sour taste that passes almost immeditly, a very distant taste that most players know, the consistancy is a bit too thick for water
Mundane Potion - Extremly sour, and the taste lingers in your mouth for hours, the consitancy varies depending on the ingridient used
Thick Potion - Tasteless, but as the name suggest very thick and hard to swallow
I made an updated version
hi
this is how the bad boys feels to me
The silliest Trio
Thinking about the vibes of Minecraft's antagonist groups...
Illagers are evil, but human evil. They're a cult in distant strongholds, a vendetta against a severed kin, creatures trapped in cages for who knows what ends. They're tribalism, pride, desire overstepping morality, lust for power, lust for knowledge, lust for wealth. They're the grumbling soldier, the scowling hatchet-man, the monologuing mastermind, the sorcerer sneering from his throne.
Undead are evil, inhuman evil. They are mindless, relentless, merciless. There is no thought or conscience behind those empty eyes, just the drive to make life end. They are death, and death follows with them. They are the groaning horde of corpses, the keening spirit, the grim avatar of death.
Piglins are the barbarians, a hard people from a hard land. They are not your friends, but neither are they inherently your foe. They are hardened survivors, huddling in ruins of a past glory or scraping by a living in the wilds, defending their land from those coming from outside. Their desire is the companionship of the tribe, the sweet smell of meat after a hunt, and the lovely gleam of gold. They are the barbarian chief, the cunning trapper in the wild, the berserker red with glory.
Endermen are alien. They seek no goals we can perceive, wander lonely in the night on what might be aeons-spanning missions or the passing whims of chance. They follow fair rules, but their rules are alien. They will pass you by and seek no harm, but will not suffer eyes on them as they do their work. They are the half-seen monster in the night, the quiet figure by your window, the fey people of the otherworld.
everytime ao3 goes down for maintenance, i somehow forget that i was given warning literally days in advance and my brain immediately starts stressing about our modern day Library of Alexandria
