Idk how canon it is cause it's been years since I read the books but Nero's adopted abducted children are all sort of replacements for the Olympians right? Is Meg supposed to be Apollo's replacement? Cause it would be so messed up if Nero purposely raised her how Apollo was raised to cultivate the perfect Apollo or whatever.

It's very crack theory. Nero probably was like that to Meg cause abusers just be like that. Also he's so dramatic he would love to get a little child of apollo and it would be so much easier to turn a child on their absent father than a random child of another god. Unless Apollo is such a good father he'd notice they got abducted immediately so they had to go with another child. Nero and Caligula especially want to replace Apollo with themselves so idek man.
