haha its been fun talking to you, im always happy to talk about the marauders. idk ive got very strong opinions about somethings, and while i do understand everyone elses pov, i just cannot fathom but im always down to listen/read. just out off curiosity, which different opinions do we have?

pls no one come for me on this but i feel like james is just so white boy coded. like he exudes british white boy energy. he just. i respect all those who hc him as poc but hes like (in my brain) the definition of a white boy. like in my head him and lily are the most annoyingly cute white straight couple that everyone still loves. anyways thanks for coming to my ted talk.

When I was writing the Fortnight music video, I wanted to show you the worlds I saw in my head that served as the backdrop for making this music.  Pretty much everything in it is a metaphor or a reference to one corner of the album or another. For me, this video turned out to be the perfect visual representation of this record and the stories I tell in it. Post Malone blew me away on set as our tortured tragic hero and I’m so grateful to him for everything he put into this collaboration. I’m still laughing from getting to work with the coolest guys on earth, Ethan Hawke and Josh Charles (tortured poets, meet your colleagues from down the hall, the dead poets). I still can’t believe I get to work with the unfathomably brilliant Rodrigo Prieto on cinematography and my team of dream collaborators: Ethan Tobman (production design), Chancler Haynes (editor), Anthony Dimino (1st AD), Jil Hardin (producer) and Dom Thomas (executive producer). Parliament aced the VFX as always. Joseph Cassell, Lorrie Turk and Jemma Muradian made these tortured looks come to life. The entire crew made this a dream to shoot. understood!!! i think originally regulus was honestly one of my favourite characters until people started to portray him as too misunderstood :(( he had an amazing balance between black and white and i think that some fans ruined it for me. tbh i hate bellatrix but i love her character and her insanity is so interesting to me. with draco, my feelings generally depend on the fic. i dont rlly have an opinion on him tbh but there are some really cute drarry oneshots that i have bookmarked. and cissy is genuinely one of my fav charateds ever narcissa black they could never make me hate you. narcissa malfoy however is a different story tbh but thats a whole other story

It’s Jily but the reason they aren’t dating is because they did date… first year when they were 11 and then James had to go and be stupid! And say something mean to Snape!!

So then, they had to break up, and since they were 11, and had been holding hands for a whole week! It was a very dramatic breakup for the Gryffindor tower

So then for 5 years they barely talk to each other and Lily stays as far away from James as possible, partly cause he’s a jerk to her friend, but also because of the awful breakup from when they were eleven

i genuinely dont think that the fire nation is discriminatory and that the water tribes are insteaf. eg. mai ty lee and azula are some of the most respected people in the fire nation. and two of then arent even benders. they fight better than most. they went to school for this and we see female soldiers/prison guards etc. but then look at the northern water tribe. katara isn't allowed to fight. period. idek but the fire nation is 100% not sexist. i do think that being gay is discouraged but only because it is encouraged to have children to better the nation. and as the most technologically advanced nation, i think they're also the most advanced in thinking. so like my final thoughts: fire nation is not sexist or homophobic, they fully support either but just want more bending/powerful children. water tribes (definitely northern, less so southern) is a bit less accepting of these things/ignorant. nwt is definitely sexist and we also see that sokka has grown up amongst misogyny or whatever. also zuko is gay. btw. just. my boy aint straight. and sokka had his bi awakening in boiling rock (when zuko breathes fire cause ughhhhh) but didnt know it was his bi awakening (sokkas the definition of 'no homo but')
