I Just Finished LOTR

Females in Dhaka are guarded by teenage students after several girls were raped by officials of the Bangladeshi government for protesting against dangerous roads.

So I missed her birthday by like a day but please enjoy a picture of Mary Shelley. I dont know lots about her but everything I do know is very cool. I also love doing my own takes of already existing art so this was a fun drawing exercise.

I did also attempt one of her mother - Mary Wollstonecraft - who I do know a lot more about but sadly that went horribly wrong so we will have to come back to that another time.

One thing I love about Wicked is that Fiyero's very first song subtly suggests that there's much more to his supposed idiocy than meets the eye. He's singing about the virtues of ignoring school and being brainless, but he's using phrases like "life is fraught less," and "worry is rife," and even arguably "stop studying strife" and "woes are fleeting, blows are glancing," none of which are things you would expect to come out of an academically unintelligent person's mouth.

And more than that, his rhymes are quick, concise, and clever – he's good at wordplay. It's a musical, so obviously everyone's going to be rhyming all the time, but that doesn't mean certain characters can't have different levels of skills at it (consider Glinda's "populer... lar..."). For all Foyero hates school and wants to live the #airhead life, he can't completely hide his wit.

So I did a thing. 

Catra’s a vampire so she could have glowy eyes and hiss at people.

Making Adora’s outfits was SO MUCH FUN (in some her shoes have little cat faces on).

I made actual-cat Catra because I was sad you can’t give Sims hetrachromia. And then labr-adora so she wouldn’t get lonely.

Ima make Perfuma and Scorpia next because they be cute. Then everyone else.
