You all know what that means
You all, send me as many boops as you can. For every one of them, you will have ten times more at the end of the day :3
Every boop I receive shall be returned tenfold.

Prepare for my wrath (metaphorically of course)
Lil headcanon for Undertale
I remember I said before that I consider physical damage and magical damage two different things. I also think that while in an Encounter only your Soul is there to take the damage, and you're not physically there to dodge the magic. You can move your soul around, true, but you do it from outside the battle box or even the buttons. I think your body would be stuck in place during the turn of the enemy.
Physical damage on the other hand, it can be dealt out of combat too, outside the rules of an Encounter. I remember this book in Snowdin saying that monsters receive bullet pattern birthday cards for their birthday, implying they can summon magic only during an Encounter.
Physical damage can be dealt both inside and outside of combat, as Frisk shows when they attack. I believe that since monsters are made of magic both physical and magical attacks lower their HP, while humans are made of physical matter and their Soul doesn't get damaged if their body is. On the other side, magic attacks can sometimes influence the body, especially when you die. There's an interaction with Toriel in the Ruins, where she's worried about you because she sees you injured if you get hit by a monster even if you're at full HP, while if you don't get hit at all during all the Ruins she notices you're unscathed. That proves that while you got physical damage by magic attacks, eating food or saving heals your Soul but not your body.
The fact that the two things are different can also explain what I like to call the "dodging dilemma". As we know, Sans can dodge us. It's known, and no one discusses it. But if we talk to Undyne during her hangout, she tells us that Asgore can also dodge, because the first time the two fought Undyne couldn't land a single hit. But Asgore doesn't dodge us during his battle. Everyone chalks it up to him being regretful and not wanting to take our Soul, until another thing comes to mind. Wouldn't he have taught Undyne how to dodge, if he knew how to do? And wouldn't Undyne have used that ability against us, if that was the case?
This would make sense if you considered the fact physical and magical attacks are different. I think every monster knows how to dodge basic attack patterns, even if it could be difficult to dodge more complicated ones. And monsters are taught how to fight only magically and not physically. And for some reason, only Sans knows how to dodge physical attacks. And it all clicks together like this. Who knows, maybe Asgore knows how to also dodge physical attacks, but let's remember something else: when he was on the Surface, apparently humans could and did use magic too. Maybe he wasn't expecting Frisk to fight physically inside an Encounter because he thought they could also use magic, and all the monsters didn't warn him because they didn't know better. His skills would be rusty at best when he realized the situation, and he probably lost that ability anyway during the years of reclusion Underground, this without counting the regret factor. The only question left is, how does Sans know how to dodge physical attacks then? I... Will let you try to come up with answers, because I have no idea :)
But seriously, tell me what you think about this, possible weak points of this headcanon and maybe conjure up a solution for the last question, if you want to.
... I lied, it wasn't a little headcanon at all

I am using a little OC of mine for this, since I think she really fits the Bad Sanses (ahem she's crazy ahem). We're in a scenario where she's been with the gang for a while now. There is no romanticism in this, I think it'll mainly be her interacting with the gang following the prompts. It's also a weird mix of canon and fanon. I tried my best, but beware of the cringe >_<

The mission had taken its toll on everyone, and Dust could see it. Even the Boss was a little exhausted, having fought against Dream in a mainly positive AU. They weren't supposed to fight the Star Sanses there, the original mission was to kill a King Papyrus in a Neutral Ending AU to ensure anarchy and increase the negativity in the AU and then go away, but Core Frisk saw them this time and warned the Stars, and Ink caught them off guard as he had found a way to teleport them all into a positive AU where the gang would be at disadvantage. They held their own, managing to somehow not get seriously injured until Nightmare opened a portal and they all fled.
They were all tired, to the point of almost collapsing where they stood, and Nightmare let them go immediately after they got back for once. It was clear he was very tired as well even if he didn't show it, and Dust couldn't really complain about it. While the Boss mostly left them alone, it wasn't wise to stick around him when he was in a bad mood, and after a mission ended up like this he was always in a bad mood. They all kept silent as he went to his office and shut the door, and they could all feel some of the tension release. They headed to their respective rooms in silence, but suddenly Dust felt a wave of dizziness hit him as he felt himself fall with a thud to the floor.
He felt someone coming at his side and helping him up, but he was too out of it to care. He felt himself being brought somewhere and then he was laid down on a soft surface, probably the couch in the living room. He was kinda cold, but he couldn't find the energy to search and get anything to warm for himself. Exhaustion from too much magic usage was nasty.
Some discussion started up, the voices confused and blurred, but eventually they left and he was left alone to try and regain some consciousness. He groaned as things slowly got a little less blurry, but a headache slowly started to build up, and he shut his eyes as he also heard faint whispers. He ignored everything and focused on trying to get a grip on himself instead, somehow slowly managing.
"Soooooo, Dusty, how's it hanging for you buddy?"
His eyes opened again, focusing on a blue figure beside him. Ashes.
She was toying with a knife, twirling it between her fingers, balancing it by the tip on her palm and moving it near her cheek or left eye at random times. Her usual smirk was backed up by a curious look, and she poked at his hand as if trying to figure out what he was doing. He tried to move away from her, but the tiredness pervading his body didn't let him move much.
She smiled as she stopped playing with the knife, instead pointing it at him and making a gesture taking in his whole body.
"Y'know, you really worried the behemoth back there. The big giant probably saw countless monsters fall to their knees like you did only to dust on the spot because of the starvation, back in his AU. He thought you were gonna go down like that too, would you believe it? He's cooking up a feast for you right there in the kitchen. Boy you have no idea how worried he is!"
She raised her hands to the sky, letting out a giggle as she said those words and observed them take effect into the mind of the dust skeleton. Before Dust could say anything, she continued.
"And as for Oil leak... Well, despite not being able to feel worry, he actually got you something, would you believe it? Almost makes one sentimental..."
She stared off into the void, lost in whatever thoughts her contorted mind produced, losing concentration for a moment before snapping back to reality and smiling at him. He shivered.
"I stole it from him the moment he turned his back, but don't tell him, aye? Would ruin the fun. After all, seeing him search for something all around the castle would be quite entertaining."
He narrowed his inexistent eyebrows at her, but before he could talk she kept talking, on a full rambling streak
"Of course, I'm not just here to taunt your bed ridden and fatigue pervaded body. Nah, I'm here to offer you a deal."
She took out a pillow and a blanket from seemingly out of nowhere, waving them in front of him just out of his reach.
"Now, I know that couch isn't exactly the most comfortable place to rest in the castle, and I also know that you tend to get cold when you used too much magic. So, like the good teammate I am, I brought here these things that I totally did not steal from Killer"
She leaned forward, tilting her head and staring him directly in his eyes.
"I'll give you these two little gifts if in exchange you will pass me the things you can't eat from the feast the big guy is preparing you. I doubt you will be able to eat all of that anyway, I'm starving and we don't waste food. Looks like a win-win to me right?~"
Dust stared at her, weighting the request she made. On one hand, it looked innocent enough, but on the other hand nothing was straightforward with Ashes. He stared at her, eyes boring into her soul to find her intentions, but she remained unreadable.
"Aw c'mon, Dusty, I'll even get some bottles of alcohol from the Boss's stash to sweeten up the deal mhm?~"
He spoke up.
"Won't you get caught?"
She laughed at that, looking at him like he was the crazy one.
"Silly, who said I cared?~"
She stared, smile widening a little.
"So, do we have a deal?~"
Dust hesitated, then he shrugged and grabbed the pillow, putting it under his head. Why not. After all he doubted she could do anything drastic with what she asked. Her smile widened at that, and she chuckled.
"Very well~"
She grabbed the blanket and laid it on Dust, covering him completely and even making sure it wouldn't slide. Eventually, she stepped back and patted Dust patronizingly on the head, giggling a little.
"Sleep tightly, Dusty~"
With that, Dust felt the tiredness come back ten times stronger, and as he slowly slipped into the darkness Ashes's smile was the last thing he saw.
And that, was how monsterkind was wiped from the face of earth

Mhhh
Yeah maybe I'm gonna participate, just have to clear up a few things
I know it might sound silly to ask because bad sansuary is all about making art about either self insert or reader or oc or whatever else ships with the bad sanses, but can I write some of the prompts without making it a romantic ship? Like I do a self insert but it's not about anyone falling in love with anyone it's just about how I would interact with them following the prompts. I know it's a stupid question but eh, I would like to know if I can still participate in my own way
yes of course, that's not a silly question at all! if you don't wanna write romance you're not obligated to ^^ you can write platonic stuff, just the bad sanses interacting with each other, etc!

The atmosphere was eerily quiet. The dust of fallen monsters swirled in the air of the Waterfall of this AU, remnants of a Genocide Route. If Dust had to guess, the human should be in Hotland by now. Giving them plenty enough time to grab what they needed from the abandoned houses and shops.
The gang had gone on a supply run when Horror noticed they were running low on food and Nightmare declared they had to take new plates and glasses to replace the ones Ashes had either hidden away or straight up destroyed. Dust had also decided to take advantage of the situation by grabbing some other things that would be useful to him, like some alcohol. Recently he had been running out and he suspected someone was stealing from his secret stash even if he couldn't be sure.
He went around from house to house, having already pillaged all the main shops and trying to find something interesting that maybe some people left behind in the urgency of the evacuation. Aside from some spare gold, he didn't find anything of value, and he was getting increasingly frustrated until he saw movement out of the corner of his eye and he immediately snapped towards it, completely focused. Could that be a survivor? Someone that was left behind? Dust snuck out of the house he was in to get a better look at them, but they disappeared behind a corner, him trying to follow them but whoever it was always stayed just out of his sight even when he tried to teleport. He didn't notice how far he was being led until he felt some raindrops falling onto his hoodie and he noticed they were in the area of Waterfall where it constantly rained. He pulled up his hood more to shield his face from the drops, and kept following the figure. Eventually, he saw their silhouette standing in the darkness in front of the statue with the musical box in it, just staring at it. As he carefully got near, he noticed who it was. Ashes. She was looking at the statue with an empty expression and an empty smile, the raindrops falling onto her face and down her cheeks looking like tears she was shedding. She didn't seem to be staring at anything in particular, instead looking with vacant eyes in a spot just over the statue's head, eyes sometimes snapping left and right as if she was seeing or hearing other things nobody else could see. She didn't even bother to repair herself from the rain, letting it fall on her drenching her.
Dust carefully got nearer, approaching her slowly until he was basically beside her and wordlessly stared at the statue too, trying to find what was so interesting about it. It was basically like any other of these statues he had seen, some pieces broken and scattered all around it. When he was about to just go back to the others, Ashes spoke up.
"Isn't this beautiful? This rain, this constant pitter patter on your skin and on the ground?"
She turned towards him, sharp eyes searching for something in his expression.
"I like to imagine that every drop is a lost soul, struggling and falling to its inevitable demise, destroying itself while something else gains from it. Listen to them falling, can't you hear them scream?"
Dust was actually a little unsettled by these things she was saying, but before he could do anything she continued.
"The screams are always there. But hearing more of them, drowning each other, it almost brings something to my heart, something I know I can't feel and will probably never get to feel again. I think they call it peace"
She turned around again, her smile getting a sharp and dangerous edge.
"But I'm sure you know all about screams and being haunted, don't you? Maybe even more than the others. After all, the price you paid for your freedom was the souls of everyone you thought you cared about. Do you think their ghosts still haunt this earth?"
"I'm gonna see if there's anything interesting laying around"
Dust inhaled abruptly, staring at Ashes with surprise and rage. He wasn't expecting her to say things like these, anger was soon mixed with regret and self loathing because he knew she was telling the truth. He tightened his fists as he tried to come up how to answer to something like this.
Just then, Ashes turned around and started to walk away.
And just like that, she was gone, leaving Dust alone in front of the statue.
