Leopard Lian is the second command of the Swamp Mask Triad. (She's Chao's second command)
She was born into the Swamp Mask Triad territory, her mother died of sickness when she was born. Her devastated father, Mudskin Cato prayed to the spirits to give her strength, the spirits of the ancient Triad called the Leopard Triad give her strength.
Through the years, as a swamp mask triad member she is given the nickname "Leopard Lian" to honor the strength that she was given from her birth.
Later she becomes Chao's second command; she is Chao's closest and trusted companion.
At the City hall in the gala of Korra's honor hosted by Councilman Tarrlok. All the sudden Tarrlok appeared wearing a formal suit along with an overcoat, he made his usual cocky smile and approached Korra "Avatar Korra, you arrived. You look beautiful" Tarrlok said as he held Korra's hand and kissed it.
Korra looks at him with an irrated look but remained calm trying not to make a scene " You look nice as well Councilman Tarrlok" Korra said politely as she could.
After agreeing to join Tarrlok's Task Force, Tarrlok chuckled as he placed his hand on Korra's shoulder " The Avatar will join us, oh yeah!" He said. 'What's wrong with you?' Korra thought as she spotted Tarrlok's hand on her shoulder and made an uncomfortable expression 'OMG! Stop it! Ok,' She thought 'This's Sexual harassment!!'
