Danny Phantom but he dies all the way Twitter was asking for prints so you can preorder it here <<<
It’s meme time babey!!
technology is becoming too powerful
here's a silly comic to keep you fed while I work on the next big UD AU update
GRIEF.,,,,
… are they really that red?
It started out as a silly then I thought about how he hates his mutations in the comics hrngh
Also for clarity sake, this is Miguel’s own universe! I kinda headcanon Gabriela in this world having known him having weird features for her whole life (and him planning on telling her the truth he’s Spider-man until she got caught in the crossfire of a mission.
Original meme under the cut for context
Part 8!
Does their size difference change all the time? Uh-huh.
Do I care? Nope~
Part 1 Next
Remember that moment in ITSV, when Miles first meets his world's Spider-Man and their spider senses do the thing?
The background behind Peter is as we'd expect; the classic red and blue.
But at first Miles' background is green and purple, two colors he's never associated with at all throughout the movie. As the moment goes on, it shifts to match Peter's.
We are literally watching Miles' fate change and the anomaly happen.
It's well established that the spider that bit him was not supposed to even be in that universe, meaning our Miles was supposed to be something else before it happened.
This isn't true for ITSV, but in every other version of Spider-Man, the main color scheme for the Prowler is green and purple.
Our Miles was supposed to become the next Prowler in his world. And the only reason he's not, is because of the original Prowler. Miles switched his fate with Earth-42 Miles.
nighthunter!crane headcanons….
- hiding during the day in abandoned buildings and darkzones, sometimes he’ll hear survivors go by especially if he’s close to the bazaar/fisheye.
- because he spends an ungodly amount of time with only the company of the undead, he has adopted the habit of just talking to them (through telepathy). they aren’t great conversationalists though.
- during the night, he protects survivors caught out in the dark from volatiles and other infected. but everytime, they run off scared of him too, which destroys him inside. he tries to shake it off, but there’s a burning hole of resentment that grows inside of him everyday.
- he clears out darkzones during the day so nighthunters can loot them during the night. he feels humanity with them, which he loves. he loves every moment with people who actually understand him and aren’t completely afraid of him. but when the sun rises he’s back hiding in buildings.
- he tries to build up his tolerance to uv rays by letting some light into whatever building he’s inside, which doesn’t seem to be doing anything, but he does it anyways.
- he is able to find good loot in hard to reach places, but because he’s so clumsy he can’t bring it back to any safe house.
the scenes where Leo doesn’t move but his facial expression slowly changes are my absolute favorite
i cannot stop thinking about the scene where peter b turns around like he just realized miguel is genuinely insane it is so funny
like ohhhhh. okay. yeah he’s gonna maim that 15 year old.
⚠️ ACROSS THE SPIDERVERSE SPOILERS ⚠️
one thing i love about Hobie Brown is how well he embodies punk and how people VIEW punks. throughout the scenes he's in it might seem like he's being chaotic for no reason other than Cool Factor™️. But if you take a closer look at everything he was up to, he actually pulled so much weight for the team. When he was signaling miles about the palms, it might've looked like he was just instigating, but he seriously did agree with miles and wanted to help (hence his quitting the spider society and continuing to help team miles afterwards). And when he was picking shit off the walls of miguel's base, it seemed like him just being a menace, but he was collecting the pieces to fashion gwen's watch, which he took the time to deliver to her later (presumably using his own DIY watch). i think it's easy to write him off as being a general menace just for funsies, and see him as just a fun chaotic character, but Hobie had the plan and intent of helping miles break the canon the entire time. behind everything he did, he had a solid reasoning, he just did it with some edge. and that's fucking punk if i've ever seen it.
