Hey everybody, I’m gonna fly away on an airplane from my broken home to the girl who cried wolf. She makes my heart catch fire. She’s kinda hot and when I feel invisible we waste the night together in San Francisco. I wanna breathe her in like a vapor and I wish we could go on a permanent vacation to outerspace together no matter how much money it cost. I don’t want to feel like a castaway anymore. We both have jet black hearts and it’s time we safety pin them together.

It’s not easy being Gold. Always a smile, sharp and glittering. Always an attitude, bright and cocky. Always charming, sexy, beautiful, but never calm, soft.

It’s too much. He’s breaking down.

Take a break, they say. If it’s not fun anymore, that defeats the purpose.

Because he knows it’s all a game. It’s a game where their lives are risked, but that makes it all the more fun. He’s not gonna take a break.

Try a different angle, they suggest. A different mask, a different brand.

Rose Gold.

Softer, gentler, calmer. It’s a change the city is not expecting. It’s a change his clients are not expecting.
