Glam did go to Ches after he left, but he overheard him fighting with his mother and decided that Ches has a lot of problems in his life and doesn’t want to be another one.

He has some money in his hiding spot and tries to find a job, but a lot of people doesnt want to hire a creepy guy with no work experience. He barely survives but still hangs out with his friends and plays in a group. He lies and lies until Ches becomes suspicious of his behavior and corners him demanding answers.

Sucks that “sleeping together” refers to sex. Sometimes a fella just wants to snooze with a pal.

Bendy and the Ink Machine ENDING: EXPLAINED

I’ve seen a few theories floating around about the ending to BATIM.  And while I do agree with a few of them… I’m a bit of a geek when it comes to story analysis, and certain pieces haven’t been adding up.

So I thought about it… and thought about it.  And thought some more.  And I believe I have come up with a decent working theory which covers almost all plot threads (that I am aware of) of Bendy and the Ink Machine.

Making your angst hurt: the power of lighthearted scenes. 

I’m incredibly disappointed with the trend in stories (especially ‘edgy’ YA novels) to bombard the reader with traumatic situations, angry characters, and relationship drama without ever first giving them a reason to root for a better future. As a reader…

I might care that the main siblings are fighting if they had first been shown to have at least one happy, healthy conversation. 

I might cry and rage with the protagonist if I knew they actually had the capacity to laugh and smile and be happy.

I might be hit by heavy and dark situations if there was some notion that it was possible for this world to have light and hope and joy to begin with.

Writers seem to forget that their reader’s eyes adjust to the dark. If you want to give your reader a truly bleak situation in a continually dim setting, you have to put them in pitch blackness. But if you just shine a light first, the sudden change makes the contrast appear substantial.

Show your readers what light means to your character before taking it away. Let the reader bond with the characters in their happy moments before (and in between) tearing them apart. Give readers a future to root for by putting sparks of that future into the past and the present. Make your character’s tears and anger mean something.

Not only will this give your dark and emotional scenes more impact, but it says something that we as humans desperately, desperately need to hear. 

Books with light amidst the darkness tell us that while things are hard and hurt, that we’re still allowed to breathe and hope and live and even laugh within the darkness.

We as humans need to hear this more often, because acting it out is the only way we stop from suffocating long enough to make a difference.

So write angst, and darkness, and gritty, painful stories, full of treacherous morally grey characters if you want to. But don’t forget to turn the light on occasionally.

This is a random rant about metal family

I think the amount of incest shippers there are of metal family is disgustingly high, you know? I mean, I have blocked an unbelievable amount of people on twitter and yet, damn, they just keep appearing.

Look, nothing against shipping, you do you, after all. I mean, of course I'm judging them for it, but honestly, me judging them for shipping underage, blood related sibling and drawing horribly explicit porn about them isn't gonna kill them, is it? I'm not hating on it either, I have never harased or send hate comments to any of the shippers. It's just... It makes me so so uncomfortable, it's grosses me out, I almost wanna vomit seeing the situations some people put the brothers in. And I try to block each user and avoid myself the bad experience, of course, but there's just SO many people that ship them that not seeing something related to it is just unavoidable.

And I get it, you know? The godamn show is called Metal Family, of course is gonna mainly involve people who are blood related, son, father, siblings, there's not a lot of character to ship together. But there are some of them, man!! There are various people who are not related and have great chemistry and you're still gonna go for the two underage brothers?? C'mon.

I just... Yeah. I hate it. And a lot of fans are there just for the incest porn and it's just... God. And a lot of them, who ship the brothers, but also like other characters, follow me and like my post and it's like, thank u man, glad you like what I post, I'm absolutely disgusted with u and the fact that u ship them but what is complaining about it gonna do? Me calling u out on it isn't gonna make u stop. I'd rather just block it so I don't have to see it. But there's so much of you that I can't even do that.
