Sessions rescinds Justice Dept. letter asking courts to be wary of stiff fines and fees for poor defendants

The move is the latest in the attorney general’s effort to reshape the Justice Department.

The war on the poor, the disabled, the elderly, single mothers, minorities, sexual identity and common sense and compassion continues like a runaway train. I hope he dies VERY SOON and very painfully.

Always be thankful and you will always have something to be thankful for. I did this piece because I do give thanks every day, for what I have and for what I don't have. I do not mean this in a religious way, although too many have interpreted this as a religious exercise on my part. I am an Atheist, but, giving thanks does not mean I don't believe in something bigger than me. God is just a word, you can substitute the word with many words, universe or energy, vibrations, soul, nature, frequency, karma, a higher level of consciousness. Point is, it doesn’t matter which word you use, or what or whom you believe in, although I know it’s not an entity I can identify. The important thing is if it brings you peace and purpose and awareness, that’s all that matters...
