Tobias lives with Carmelo now ^_^ He does his part , and has permission from Carmelo’s parents to stay as long as he needs. It was a hard transition for him, and he often freaks himself out by thinking that his dad is going to try to bring him home. But he is happy now!

I love how you depict Tobias, Carmelo, Rudolph, and Emilio as actual people with feelings and thoughts and complexes instead of just stereotypes and eewww...

THANK YOU !!! I don’t like to push stereotypes on characters , especially ones that are extremely complex . I want them to feel as realistic as possible . there will be content with Tobias feeling happy and grateful for his life, there will be content of Carmelo getting overwhelmed by Tobias and having to constantly support him, there will be content of Emilio processing that he did something that cannot be reversed , there will be content of Rudy realizing that he needs to get better . I don’t want to push the idea that Tobias is the depressed cinnamon roll (throws up) , Carmelo is the tough bully , Emilio is the obsessed smartie stalker , and Rudy is the awww smol bean (throws up again). They are not perfect people , far from it !! And I’m trying to depict that in an accurate way.

Hey so is Mr. Edburt real in your au or is it just a weird brain thingy that was treated as “unholy” by his weird cult family and if it the latter what would it be diagnosed as and is he being medicated for it? And how does Carmelo deal with either.

he is very much real ^_^ Tobias struggled with Mr. Edburt constantly . Honestly, Carmelo has no idea what the fuck he is, who he is, or what’s wrong with Tobias, but he tries his best to handle it appropriately . It doesn’t help that Tobias barely tells him anything about his situation, and when he does, it’s stuff that is so hard to believe.

Over time , Mr Edburt got quieter? Tobias doesn’t know why, he assumes that he just got bored and tries not to think too much about it. He’s still around, just quieter.
