Hi. I live in Ecuador South America. Its been 7 years nos that we are under a government that define itself as twenty first century socialism. One of the more radical changes had been in education after the dark liberal times we lived. Now 3th level education is free, competing with best private universities here. Our scholarships are incredible, for example, the only requirement to have a full scholarship in one of the best universities in the world is to have a letter of being accepted there (even to a 4th level; Harvard, Yale, Oxford included).
