Finished up Shantae Risky’s Revenge & the Ex character DLC for Blaster Master Zero.

My first tries with Digital Watercolor, not entirely happy with how they came out, but it was a learning experience.

Just a thought about the magic item "The Coin of Jisan the Bountiful", what if the holder was already working for the khalif & used there wealth to improve the roads & postal system. (Also probably would make Monk with a Wind Elemental Blessing to get that Movement speed up)

Superpower Ramblings: The Muscle 

Back aging with my BS, this time breaking down & trying to innovate on 'The Mussel'/ Explanatory, the Mussel is what it says on the tin, the Guy or Gal that's the strongest in the group, physically largest or not they will fall under several other categories such as "The Flying Brick" or "Combat Master" not "The Big Guy". These are not what I will be talking about today (Mostly), Im talking about the pure Mussel.  

Characters such as The Hulk, Luke Cage, etc. That have no or minimal training, they punch & punch and don't have a whole lot else going for them. Occasionally you get Mussel backed by Brains /Genius Bruiser such as DC's Hourman (Depending on the version), and Marvels Hank McCoy/'The Beast'. However they have something else going for them, I'm talking about pure strength builds with nothing else, so smarts, no secondary powers going for them, nothing. Characters like these usually fall into the "Dumb Muscle" camp, being all muscle, which is a disservice to their character as it degrades their role in the story, or the villainous version being 'The Brute' who are usually a throwaway character. 

The most common option is making them a "Combat Master" such as Wonder Woman or even the villainous version of the Hulk from the current 'Ultimate Marvel Universe', and while this what I think it should be I think it oversteps its bounds and they become another architype. Most "Combat Masters" have had decades if not centuries of implied experience honing their craft, and due to the Status Quo characters cannot evolve past a run to retain skills. At the best of times, you will have characters pull out stunts they learned 'in-between' runs/volumes without seeing any implied training. And that takes into account that you have descent control over your strength & won't just destroy the city because you know how to punch properly. 

SO now lets go to our character creation scenario, you as the average civilian are endowed with power beyond power, and you can't open your door or get physical with people without accidently destroying with them. You have the average experience, average money, and no connections, what would you do? Can you afford in time or money to take that expensive kung-fu/karate/ti-chi class every week? probably not, but you still want to go out there and do your best without causing massive damage & lawsuits for all the destroyed property, what can you do? Its simple, Hug them. 

No, I'm serous, when most people want to do no damage but still restrain people the best option is to go in for a bear hug, as Super Strength usually also comes with Super Durability and Stamina. Of course, you will be used as a "Warf Effect" constantly to show how powerful the villain is, and is what should spurs on an evolution, in this case taking the simple bear hug and turning it into Greco-Roman wrestling/Sumo. Yes, I am serous. Because unless you're team already has a 'Combat Master' on it you don't have the time or connection to get anywhere near the level that you need to control you strength enough to use it without 'Super Power Proof' items/housing.

Two pics of characters/enemys from Bibliography, not that anyone would remember that long dead web-comic, the story/pages only exist in Dropbox. Read reading the story, yah it had a lot of tropes but dang that magic system feels fleshed out. First is Roy Marshall, second is Groundbound ,if you ever seen actuate depictions of higher level biblical angels this would not look out of place. I almost feel like creating a OC for this long dead web-comic.

Jyuumon

Fields: Nature Spirts, Nightmare Soldiers. Level:  Prefect/Ultimate. Attribute: Data. Type: Beast Man. Description: An unusual Digimon thought to be a Special version of Minitorusmon, lending to its unusual appearance scientist to theorize that Dragon's Roar Field Data caused the mutation. A joyful Mon who's willing to give anyone a taste of there sizzling Pari Pari club in or out of battle. (There name comes from the Japanese onomatopoeia "Jyuu" which is food Sizzling in a pan while "Pari Pari" is the crunching of food. If they look familiar they are based of of the mascot Beefuru of ProtonJon, PRimeExsplorer, Bmaster4114 & other of the Eggpack comunity over on Twitch & Discord.)

Hathormon 

 Fields: Nature Spirts, Wind Guardians, Virus Busters. Level: Prefect /Ultimate. Attribute: Vaccine. Type: Holy Beast. Description: A Holy Beast Digimon said to be apart of a group of powerful Digimon along with Anubusmon and Mummymon who help souls pass to the afterlife. While an unusual week Prefect Level they are considered a powerful ally to any Angle-type Digimon, Her companion's devastating Menes Melter can melt threw even chrome-digizoid. (Her name comes from Hathor, Egyptian Goddess of Fertility, she is mother to Ra and was the previous head God.)

Gugalannamon

Fields: Dark Area, Metal Empire. Level: Prefect/Ultimate. Attribute: Virus. Type: Demon Beast. Description: An anchet Digimon rumored to serve a High-Angle until thy were defeated by one of the first Humanoid Digimon. Taken and recreated by those Digimon of the Dark Area as a weapon agenst any Virus Busters who seek to stop them, it tramples any who appose it underfoot with its "Authority:Crunch" attack to send them straight to the underworld. (Name comes from Mesopotamian Mythology, Yes they are heavily inspired by the Gugalanna of the Type:Moon/Fate series. The DarkDigivolution of the Three cow-mons I've posted, that is meant to be storm clouds concealing its upper body, I know it looks weird and I should have added some lightening to clear that up.)

Bringing MTG MicroProse to the Modern Game

This is just a Rambling of Ideas related to Last Week's Magic: the Gathering's MYSTERY BOOSTER 2 reveled at Gen-Con. Now that MTG is producing the once online only Arena cards a physical (all be it Acorn/Silver Border) can we get the old MicroProse/Shandalar cards? I know even then they would need to be revamped in some way to make them work, but you could make the 'Choose at Random' a sort of D6 effect or something like it.

The Blue cards could never work, but the rest could. Sorry for a wall of text:

Asawan Jaguar - {1}{G}{G} 2/2 Creature Cat (Spirit?) (With)- When [Creature] ETB's, choose a Creature type. {G}{G},{T}; Destroy target creature of the chosen type.

Call from the Grave - {2}{B} Sorcery (With)- Roll a D6, return creatures from any Graveyard to the Battlefield equal to the result, then take damage equal to the Converted Mana Cost. If you cannot take damage equal to the dice result.

Faerie(/Fae?) Dragon - {2}{G}{G} 1/3 Creature (Faerie?) Dragon (With)- Flying. {1}{G}{G}; Roll a D6 - (1) - Target Creature Gains +0/+1 until end of turn. (2) - Tap target Creature. (3) - Target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn. (4) - Deal 1 Damage to target Creature. (5) - Target Creature gets +1/+0 until end of turn. (6) - Add {3} (There is already a Faerie Dragon from DnD sets, even if it is a Token only made by multiple cards)

Goblin Polka Band {R}{R} 1/1 Goblin Bard (With)- {2}{X},{T}; Tap X untapped target creatures. If Goblin Spells were taped this way put a stun counter on them.

Necropolis of Azar {2}{B}{B} Enchantment (With)- Whenever a non-black creatures dies, put a husk counter on this card. {5}, Remove a husk counter; Roll 2D6, Create a black Spawn token creature named "Spawn of Azar" with Swampwalk with it's power and toughness equal to the dice roll divided by two rounded up.

Orcish Catapult {X}{R}{R} Instant (With)- Put X -0/-1 counters on creatures with the least -0/-1 counters on them.

Prismatic Dragon {2}{W}{W} 2/3 Creature Dragon (With) - Flying. During your Upkeep roll a D6, [Creature] becomes the rolled color until the end of turn. (1) - White. (2) - Blue. (3) - Black. (4) - Red. (5) - Green. (6) - Colorless. {2}; Roll a D6.

Rainbow Knights (1) {W}{W} 2/1 Summon Human Knight (With)- When [Creature] ETB's roll a D6, [Creature] Gains protection from the rolled color. (1) - White. (2) - Blue. (3) - Black. (4) - Red. (5) - Green. (6) - Colorless.

Rainbow Knights (2) {W}{W} 2/1 Summon Human Knight (With)- {1}: [Creature] gains Fist Strike until the end of turn. {W}{W}, Roll a D6; (1/2) - Gain +0/+0 until end of turn. (3/4) - +1/+0 until end of turn. (5/6) - +2/+0 until end of turn.

(Had to do two version of this creature because of the two dice rolls would be too much to fit on one card.)

Pandora's Box {5} Artifact (With)- {3},{T}; All player reveals the top card of there library until they reveal a Creature card, then Flip a coin for each opponent. For each Heads create a Token copy of revealed creature, Put all reveled non creature cards on the bottom of there owner's library.

Gem Bazaar Land (With)- When [Land] ETB's roll a D6, [Land} produces mana of the rolled result. (1) - White. (2) - Blue. (3) - Black. (4) - Red. (5) - Green. (6) - Colorless. {T}: Add [Color], roll a D6. [Land] produces mana of the rolled result.

I know these are clunky with how I have written them, and would need some serious revamp to make them viable in the current landscape, but what do you guys think?
