Rest In Peace Kirby Morrow 8/28/1973 - 11/18/20

It’s hard for me to grieve when notable people pass away because I don’t know them personally, but Kirby’s death hit me really hard and very suddenly.

When I first made my human designs for the Ninjago characters, I made a point to incorporate their voice actors into the designs, and even though my designs for them have changed quite a bit, there are still bits of Kirby that remain in the way that I draw Cole.

My deepest condolences go to those closest to him, and may he live on in the joy he brought to so many people.
