I’ve recently embraced having different names in my drs, along with hairstyles and tattoos and stuff.

I used to be so adamant on being the same me I know here. I guess I’m a sentimental bitch. But then I had to change my name and hair in my Nightmare Before Kissmas dr for canon purposes and it was… liberating. And now i’m so into it. I want to be a new bitch every single time.

law of assumption. simple. absolute. you assume, and it is. not later. not someday. not after a trial period of proving yourself worthy. now. immediately. because reality doesn’t gatekeep. it doesn’t ask for credentials. it reflects. that’s all it does.

assumption is the mechanism. reality is the mirror. you do not negotiate with a mirror. you do not convince it to show you something different. you assume, and it has no choice but to comply.

do you check every morning to make sure you still exist? do you investigate gravity before stepping out the door? no. you assume. and in assuming, you make it real. same with this.

you assume you’ve shifted, and you have. assume you are already living in your desired reality, and reality follows. even with something as minuscule as wanting to be pretty. congrats, know you are and expect results. there is no ‘trying.’ no ‘waiting for proof.’ no refreshing the page to see if it’s working. the moment you assume, it is.

this isn’t work. this isn’t effort. this isn’t some esoteric practice requiring discipline and sacrifice. this is law. mechanics. assumption does not require proof. assumption is the proof.

what you assume, you experience. not because you worked for it. not because you manifested ‘correctly.’ because that’s how this works. reality takes instruction. stop acting like it needs a second opinion.

so stop hoping. stop questioning. stop pacing back and forth waiting for confirmation. the world is not holding its breath, waiting for you to ‘get it right.’ you already have. you assumed. that’s enough.

do less. take more. not because you’re special. not because you got lucky. because this is how it works.

stop reaching. let it come to you.

you manifest falling asleep each night, so why can’t you manifest anything else? 🔮

yes, you’ve read the title right. every night, you manifest sleeping, in a way, don’t you? you close your eyes, assume you are asleep, and pretend as if you are already sleeping yes? you are merely setting the intention to sleep, and you’ve been successfully manifesting this ever since you were alive. it wasn’t taught to you, you never learned it from anyone else. it simply came naturally to you. that’s the power and the reality of manifestation, we’ve been doing it all our lives. 

so now, why not apply the same principle to shifting and manifestation? you’ve already mastered the act of manifesting falling asleep, so i can assure you, you can manifest anything else, no matter what it is. 

when you’re about to fall asleep, you have the confidence that you’ll fall asleep right? you won’t think “oh what if i don’t fall asleep” or “maybe i’ll fall asleep next week” right? you firmly know and believe that you will fall asleep, no matter what. whether it rains or shines, storms or snows, you KNOW that you will in fact, be asleep eventually. even if you’re awake now, you know you’ll be asleep soon. this is exactly the kind of mindset you require for manifesting/shifting.  just know that no matter what you are experiencing in the 3d, you have already shifted. you already have your desires. you are living your dream life. stop giving so much power to the 3d. take control of your life, and lead it in the direction you desire. even if you don’t see/hear/feel/smell/taste it yet, it is there. it has already happened. stay confident that you have what you want, even if you aren’t seeing anything that indicates you have it. if you keep doing this, you will have your desires in no time. continue to persist that you have it.

all you must do it assume and believe. you already have it. trust that you have it. act as if you have it. if you want to shift, you don’t even have to do this the entire day or for weeks, you can simply do it as you’re about to shift or sleep. that's quite literally all you need, i promise. “oh i'm in my cr bed” no no no, you’re in your dr bed. accept it. it is the truth, you can’t run away from it. “oh i hear my cr family and cr sounds” no you don’t? that's your dr friends and family. everything you’re hearing is a sound from your dr. utilise everything that’s happening around you and take advantage of it. no matter what is happening, you are in your dr. you always have been, and always will be. so the next time you’re drifting off into sleep, stay in the state of knowing and believing that you already have your desires, or that you are in your desired reality. visualize or imagine it if you want, or simply feel that it is true. prolong this state for as long as you can, and it will come true faster than you can imagine. good luck 🩷

fear of shifting or an extinction burst in disguise?

a shay theory

let’s talk about fear—not just any fear, but that sudden wave of anxiety, doubt, or hesitation that creeps in right before or during your shifting attempts. when your heart begins to race or you can no longer breathe or when you feel right at the precipice of shifting but something is holding you back… what if that fear isn’t actually a roadblock, but a sign?

this ties into something called an extinction burst—a concept in psychology that happens when an old habit or pattern is about to be replaced by a new one. right before the shift happens (in both behavior and consciousness), the old pattern fights to stay in place. it flares up, intensifies, and does everything it can to keep things the same.

so let’s relate this to shifting:

if you’ve been conditioned to believe that shifting is difficult, impossible, or even scary, your subconscious has built a pattern around that belief. and when you start genuinely stepping into the mindset that shifting is natural, easy, and happening now, that old belief doesn’t just disappear—it pushes back.

this resistance often shows up as:

sudden intrusive thoughts about shifting being dangerous or “not real”

feeling like something is “stopping” you

an overwhelming fear right before or as you attempt

irrational anxiety about what will happen if you succeed

this fear isn’t a sign to stop—it’s a sign to keep going. your subconscious is reacting because it senses change, and change feels like a threat to the old belief system. but if you push through, the fear loses power, and the new belief (that shifting is natural and innate) takes its place.

how to navigate the extinction burst:

understand this fear is not real danger. it’s the old pattern trying to cling on before it fades away.

instead of resisting the fear, observe it. say to yourself, “this is just an extinction burst, which means I’m close/already there.”

shift through the fear. accept that it’s just noise, not a stop sign.

remind yourself, “shifting is natural, and I allow myself to do it.” the more you affirm this, the weaker the fear becomes.

extinction bursts spike right before a breakthrough, but if you push past them, they fade, and the new pattern takes hold. allow the new pattern to take hold. allow yourself to shift.

Yes, read that again and again and again. It is 100% true.

You’re not meant to gaslight yourself and deny the 3D. You must accept that’s how THAT reality will go and that’s also NOT YOUR reality. Having a knowing of that creates disconnection between the old story and who you truly are. Not having a knowing of that and constantly worrying about it and fearing it makes you connected to your old story. Stop worrying about stuff (3D) that has nothing to do with you.

You have nothing to change but self. What I mean by that is change where your mind is at, not your thoughts. Your thoughts and mind are two different things/parts. As long as you change self it must externalize. There is nothing to change or create but your mind, you’re not creating nothing in the 3D because it is already done in your mind, only your mind matters nothing else.

When I tell people they can simply shift with daydreaming and they hit me with "but I daydream all the time, why haven't I shifted?"

Because you perceive it as a daydream and not a actually reality you are living and experiencing.

If you are daydreaming and you are so focused on the fact you are "not there yet" or the fact you wish to be "actually" experiencing that daydream right now is the reason why you didn't shift through the daydreaming.

Shifting doesn't take much, and telling yourself otherwise is sabotaging yourself. Realise your dr is real and take it in. Immerse yourself in your dr and simply be there and don't overthink it.

If you want to shift, stop doubting yourself and overcomplicating the process.

The only real limit is the one you place on your own mind. Your subconscious is your most powerful tool,it believes whatever you tell it. If you keep feeding it with “I can’t shift” or “What if this doesn’t work?” you’re programming failure.

Instead, own the fact that reality is your creation. You can shift because your subconscious doesn’t know the difference between imagination and reality it just executes what you believe. So stop wasting time with excuses or fear. Decide. Focus. Commit. You’re not stuck; you’re in your own way. Get out of it. Shift NOW.

Focus on your internal experience. That is what matters. That is what shifts. Think as your DR self and no one else. If you enter the mental state of your DR self you will enter the physical state of your DRself.

It's ok if you don't feel it yet, it's ok if you hear a sound from your CR, it's ok if you can feel your old bedroom still. It's OK.

Shifting is not a physical process. Your physical body is not what's shifting between realities, your awareness is. Your sight, hearing, taste, feeling, etc, are all a part of your physical body.

What the nerves in your body are experiencing doesn't matter because you are not the nerves, you are not the body, you are the awareness. Your body isn't trying to shift, your mind is.

You are trying to become aware of another reality and therefore what you are experiencing in this one is irrelevant. It doesn't matter what this body experiences it matters what your awareness is experiencing.

Shifting is internal focus on shifting internally.

If you are sitting down and thinking to yourself about everything see, hear, feel, smell, or taste from your CR, then you are LITERALLY applying the 5 senses method to your CR.

If your method is mainly affirming, so repeating to yourself that you're there, WHAT do you think is happening when you keep telling yourself you're not there? Everything you say is an affirmation. It's not that methods aren't working it's that you are literally applying them in reverse.

It doesn't matter what your senses are telling you because you will shift before they do. It doesn't mean anything unless you tell yourself that it does.

If your senses do not match your mental state stay in the mental state until they do. Do not compromise with shit you don't want.

STAY in the mind of your DRself. That's your only job. Continue to think as if you're there. Continue to think about your life in your DR, continue to occupy the mind of your DRself.

This is what so many people get stuck on. I don't expect you to magically stop experiencing it, it is ok that you felt it. All you have to do is continue to think as if you are in your DR anyway.

Your subconscious will believe what you tell it over what your body is experiencing. Your only goal is to keep telling it that you're in your DR.

Yes you might have heard a loud noise and yes you know it's not from your DR. That doesn't matter. The goal is not to magically un-hear it but to avoid returning to the mental state of your CR self.

It is ok if you can't make yourself believe you're there, you just have to think to yourself as if you are. Think as DR you and no one else.

Essentially, you shift mentally before you feel it physically. Before you experience your desired reality externally you experience it internally.

the idea that belief is the key to a successful shift is nothing more than an assumption. a useless limitation someone made up. yes, straight to the point. how do I know this though? because I’ve gotten my desires while holding on to hope with barely any belief that it would work. the only thing I did was persist, no matter what I felt about it.

if you have trouble believing you’ll actually shift, that is not the end of the world. in my opinion, the only thing that actually matters is your desire and decision to shift. like. that’s it. allow yourself to hope, wish, even be desperate and still be successful in the end, because tell me why the simplest desire to shift wouldn’t be enough?

the reason you’re not shifting is not because you don’t believe in yourself. it’s because you believe you can’t shift if you lack belief. that mindset keeps you stuck, not your doubts. there’s a difference.

people treat belief like it’s some magical requirement, but that’s honestly so limiting. belief isn’t something you need to succeed. in fact, I’d argue that belief comes after you’ve done it a few times. just like anything else in life you once doubted, but did anyway. remember, you’re not waiting for belief to appear — belief grows through experience.

I’ve seen countless people say things along the lines of, “hope won’t get you anywhere.” or “you need to believe you already have it.” and it genuinely makes me frustrated. I get that it can be helpful for some, but to claim that belief is needed just sounds so wrong to me. everyone loves to throw around the word assumption, and this is a perfect example of one. it’s not a fact. it’s not a rule. it’s just someone’s assumption that belief is required for them to shift.

some of us have been here for years with little to no success, and I think I can speak for many of us when I say that it’s really not that easy to walk around full of belief and confidence every single day. and you know what? that’s okay. it’s okay to hope. it’s okay to want something without fully believing it’ll happen right at that moment. personally, I know I’ll shift eventually and that alone is enough for me!

the idea that you need belief is what complicates it, but shifting isn’t reserved for those with strong beliefs. shifting is for anyone who wants it, and if you want to shift, that’s enough!! I promise you, it really can be as simple as a single desire. you’re allowed to want it and let that be enough. end of story.
