the amv/animatic gods have beamed the idea of dabi dance to "the communists have the music" by they might be giants and im afraid since i have no drawing talent i am but a messiah spreading the gospel and the commandment is that dabi is not partial to the martial and he just needs to plug in his headphone jack so he can listen to his backing track and you see the communists (LOV) have the music!

I think what isn't really understood about a lot of popular 'unpopular' Luka ships, especially ones like LuXY, Liluka & Lukloe is that the heart of it really isn't about fans of them wanting him to CHANGE or FIX them.

It's purely about provoking interesting action from someone like Luka. Pushing the nice boy to his last little thread of patience and then watching him snap. Watching him feel and react like a person.

I really don't think a lot of people are in it for the cute stuff at first. I genuinely think it's about angry chemistry & interesting dynamics between them. From there they can kinda evolve in any direction, depending.

You get to look at Luka from a completely different viewpoint like that. You get to be creative with your content like that, and if you're writing or headcannoning or RPing, you have to REALLY get in there and think about the subtleties of it. These ships are messy and complicated, but they're not pretending to be anything else.

i fucking hate it when a movie or a tv show does some shit where a character has a shitty dad and another character tells them to forgive him because. "it's your dad". that means nothing. more people should be killing their fathers.
