July Write turned 2 today!
What a happy day it is.
I just wanna feel like this happy again
I had this dream the other night and it disturbed me badly when I woke up because later in that day a bad news came. My mother’s friend died. Condolence to the family.
Just for fun I will be sharing my own anwer to one of the Ms Universe 2025 questions.
If you were to be the governor or mayor of the local government you’re representing now, what would be the single most significant project that you would wish to accomplish and why?
If I were to be the governor or mayor of the local government I am representing, the single most significant project that I would wish to accomplish would focus on comprehensive sex education. As a public health advocate on safe motherhood, I believe that comprehensive sex education is crucial for safe motherhood in our city, given the high maternal death rate and teen pregnancies. This could equip teenagers, the young ones, with the knowledge to make informed decisions about their sexual and reproductive health. They have the right to the accurate information, giving sex education a more positive approach that could foster respect, inclusion, and nondiscrimination. Lowering the risk of exploitation and abuse. It is now time to trust our young ones to create decisions about their bodies. Let us not withhold knowledge from our youth. Like breath, knowledge is essential and should not be denied to anyone, especially the young people.
We all gotta love ourselves
And so I finished watching the fear street trilogy via Netflix. It did not disappoint. I love R.L. Stine ever since Elementary days. Ps Goosebumps hello I love that book series (hi night of the living dummy slappy). He was like the stephen king of my younger days. I had always fancy horror fiction films with a touch of nostalgia. The vintage, classic vibe of this trilogy is mostly what drew me to watch it aside from the fact that it was written by R.L. Stine. This film made me think about vhs days. Hahaha
The story took place in different eras, 90s, 70, and 60s. It was about how the town of Shadyside, Ohio was plagued by a curse for over three centuries while their neighboring town Sunnyvale always thrived and had a good life. The film had something to do with witches, murders, curses, struggles of repressed sexuality, and so on. This is an interesting film and a recommended one, but not for the faint-hearted. Haha
I am hopeful that this trilogy will have a part 4 someday especially as seen in the end that someone took the book. Who might that be?
Ps. oh the cast were mostly from stranger things.
