If Women Are Bourgeois…are Men Disco?

Not to do another low hanging fruit observational tumblr post but lately I’ve been thinking about how I’m part of the population who’s missing teeth. And I weirdly get reminded of this whenever I hear other folk guitarists using their long fingernails to pick the tuned down strings with such warmth and sharpness, almost like their biting the strings. I can almost taste the metal, feel my teeth vibrate, my tongue touch the cold, but always where my missing teeth are. I hope the spirit of the teeth that were never able to grow into my mouth safely find purchase in the fingertips on my right hand, into my PIMA, into their own guitar pics. I want to devour and consume my own sounds.

So true scrabble completionist I also yearn for fat or chubby rep in characters that is earnest and authentic, that makes sense for their character and the circumstances that brought them there (or born with it) that are treated respectably. I want characters that are desirable and lovable that are also fat and hot cool and dudelike. genuinely so passionate about this topic!!

Disco Elysium and fatness is such an interesting topic that I would love to delve further into but right now my main thoughts are why is the most my hairy chubby femme body type has been represented other than Meg Griffin. Is Harry Du Bois. Like what an answer.

The backstory is in my dream I got top surgery on a whim and was excited about it and Ally consoled me about it and congratulated me but not nearly to the level that grant anthony o’brian did. It turns out later I severely regretted the surgery so I think this was a stress dream!

this genre of anime boy is so beautiful and captivating to me. I can’t help but be entranced.

I can’t believe I’m playing Disco Elysium and sometimes get really good thoughts about it and then post them and word them well and they get a ton of notes and resonate with people and I’m glad I can take a game or piece of media I like and make beautiful poetry and analysis of it.

And then other times I think to myself: “wow. there is a kind of eroticism about the feld building.”

I love House MD. Where else do you get a show where a lesbian patient who’s liver is failing and her girlfriend willfully volunteers half of her liver despite the secret that the patient was actually planning to leave her girlfriend but that actually wasn’t a secret and the girlfriend gives up her liver to her so that she’s trapped in this relationship and can’t leave. And then House gets accused of not understanding lesbian relationships.
