*You don’t need to donate to change.org, donate directly to the families. Also if there’s a problem with a petition (or you have a petition I should add), please dm me instead of reblogging so I can fix it faster.*
this is realer than ever
I forget x-men first class is an action/sci-fi film and not a rom-com
why isn't it socially acceptable to hit on people in a university library? Was it? Is it? Like I know we're all here to do work or whatever but like what a meet cute. And you find someone that cares enough about school/career to be there in the first place but is relaxed enough to take a break and ask you out? Yes please!
The Bay Bridge and Big dreams
She first glimpsed all those years ago
The dreams she’d have years from then
It’d be impossible to know
The way the water shimmered from all the brilliant light
Her heart fluttered like it would years from then
With her restlessness and will to fight
The cool breeze, the midnight air, the miraculous breathless delight
All the things she feels, and forgets are from that night
That night in San Francisco where all dreams could come true
After all she was very young and therefore hardly knew
She hardly knew of the world, of her own desire to explore
Her ambitions still a mystery, her heart not strong enough to roar
She keeps on going day to day
To achieve her dreams, come what may
The dreams she felt but could not see all those years ago
Her big dreams from the Bay Bridge that night in San Francisco
Okay, this never happens. I just sat down for a solid 3 and a half hours and wrote a fic from start to end in a draft format that closely resembles mid-draft as opposed to first draft. My concentration never wavered.
I’m afraid
are u ever sick w longing. and i don't just mean romantic longing. i mean longing for a place you barely get to see, longing for friends you no longer have, longing for feelings you might have left behind in your childhood, longing for creativity, longing for a rich and more expansive life, longing for less inhibition. longing for more passion. longing for ur life to be so incandescent w something it thaws all the frost in ur bones. are u ever so consumed w it it rends ur heart in two. do u understand me
Not trying to spread hate or anything but the one thing I hate about tumblr is that it's full of cats. Cat pics, cat people, just generally too many cats.
Death comes for us all but death cums for Agatha lol
AGATHA ALL ALONG 1.07 Death's Hand in Mine
She's fiery, she's passionate. To him that's hot. She's smart and stimulating She has big bold dreams.
He doesn't mind. He's a benevolent dictator after all. And he needs an impressive left hand at his side.
He's charming and exciting. To her that's hot. He's intelligent and funny He has a remarkable power to understand and sway people.
She doesn't mind. He's only a benevolent dictator after all (how dangerous is that?) She needs a powerful personality to build support for the revolution.
She is idealism. He is reality. Both are brilliant...in opposite realms. After sex, laughter, and stimulating conversation, this looks like balance. Like shared goals.
Until she wants to destroy the world order and he wants to rule it.
As agendas shift they strain each other. He won't back her radical schemes. She won't fall in line with his regime.
They tried to break it off like diplomats, but alas neither of them were. They're a dictator and a revolutionary. Natural enemies, no matter how similar.
There was a spark, there was a flame and they thought they were fighting their battles together. But when it all went up in smoke they look up and saw the bombs they launched at each other.
