The veil is finally lifted! Here is one of the pieces I made for @ReibertZine, together with a story by my collab partner @Caelholdt

Thinking about post-rumbling Reiner getting really into gardening, like he has a whole vegetable garden going (never needs to go to the market because he's always got fresh veggies on hand) AND a native garden bees buzzing around so happy. Reiner is amazed that his calloused, metaphorically (sometimes literally) bloodied hands can create beautiful life instead of death.

Eren - He use to enjoy playing baseball with his older brother, but these days he prefers soccer. But he might still pitch a few rounds every now and then. ⚾️

Mikasa - Is highly skilled in gymnastics, and can throw a punch is boxing. One day she might even become a professional on tv if she wants. 🤸‍♀️

Armin - Not the fittest in the bunch so he rolls around it with speed reading. His friends tell him that it’s not a real sport but he sticks to it anyway. 📖

Jean - He is the captain of the high school soccer team so that means he’s the best out of his friends. He practices at home and over at the park too. ⚽️

Marco - There’s a few that he’s good at but if he were to choose his favourite, it’d be tennis. He even won an award for best player in middle school. 🎾

Connie - Despite looking scrawny, he’s got some strong legs for athletics; mainly running. He doesn’t mind a good run every so often either. 🏃‍♂️

Sasha - Of course it’s archery. She has the best aim, good instincts and all the years of hunting with her family pay off. Now all she needs is a good target. 🏹

Historia - During the winter, she loves to figure skate. She learned to do neat tricks real fast. She brought Ymir along one time and she sucked at it. ⛸

Ymir - There’s not many sports she genuinely likes, so stretching exercises is the closest one. Historia encourages her to do so and that’s all that matters. 🙆‍♀️

Annie - She’s also good at gymnastics but her strengths lie in martial arts. She can compete within a judo contest and wipe the floor with anyone. 🥋

Reiner - Boxing is a major strength with him too. Other times he claims arm wrestling to be a sport, maybe just as an excuse to bond with his friends. 💪

Bertholdt - Use to compete in volleyball, until he kept getting smacked in the face on accident. Now he just settles in baseball and loves it. 🏐

Heartbreaking concept: Penelope thinking up the challenge years in advance once it becomes clear the suitors won't leave without a marriage, specifically thinking of something Odysseus can do, with the axes, sitting at the end with the assurance that she will die if they succeed, and having Telemachus trained to use his father's bow specifically from a young age. Initially she doesn't say anything about her true intentions but one he reaches like 15, she explains that if she ever issues the challenge then she expects him to complete the challenge, including killing her, and taking up the throne

Hello!!!! Tonight I bring you this fanart that I've been working on since january 2024, skipping months and all but still, it took me a looooot of time to get here and I still think it's not finished yet, but I'm happy for the time being with how it turned out 😊

Wish you all like it, even if it's obvious it's not a great piece, I know there's a lot I have to fix and practice, but I'll get there someday🫶

I've titled it "The Angel of Liberio" and it's inspired by 'Take me back to Eden' by Sleep Token, my fav song that I believe suits Reiner pretty well

I don't care if Levi is supposedly "not pretty" in canon, here's my HC:

Kuchel used to call him "my angel" for he was the only light that shined in his life; a reminder that there was still happiness and innocence in the world she lived in.

Later on, the nickname "angel of death" came out. He was the last thing many soldiers saw; a man with godlike abilities of war, yet graceful. It almost looked like an angel was welcoming them to heaven or wherever they were about to arrive.
