Corpse: I would be 'That Person' who throws a rock into the deep, dark, spooky water with bad vibes that everyone says not to disturb. Yeah, obviously I'd die for it but at least I'd die doing what I loved.

throughout my lifetime, periods of stress & illness have corresponded to weight loss, while periods of recovery have corresponded to weight gain. If people I see once a year are going out of the way to tell me how healthy I look when I’m at the lowest point of health in my life, and those comments disappear once I start actually recovering–that tells me we have to have a serious conversation about the way our culture criminalizes weight, and uses “health” as an excuse to do it. 

weight and health have exceptionally little to do with each other, stop fucking insisting they do.

every time i listen to “you’re a mean one mr. grinch” i can’t help but sit there and think “what did the grinch do to hurt you?” because dude just stands there for 2 minutes and 58 seconds and drags the grinch into the dirt
