вместо того, чтобы пытаться стать вещами в воображении, просто расслабьтесь. во-первых, расслабьте свое тело и разум. и тогда вместо того, чтобы делать вещи идеальными в воображении, сначала ПРИМИТЕ свое желание как настоящий факт. не как то, кем ты станешь в будущем, а как то, кем ты являешься СЕЙЧАС. не спорь. не надо рационализировать. не задавай вопросов. заставьте замолчать все эти голоса. и просто примите. на этот раз. из этого принятия естественным образом придет чувство исполненного желания, чувство, о котором говорит Невилл. и из этого чувства к вам естественным образом придут сцены (визуализация) и мысли (утверждения), которые идеально подходят для вас, без необходимости принуждать что-либо. все происходит естественно.

нечего форсировать воображение. ПРОСТО ПРИМИ. о, ты хочешь иметь большие сиськи? отлично. не напрягайтесь над поиском идеальных сцен или утверждений. признайте, что у вас самые большие и лучшие сиськи на свете. от этого принятия вы почувствуете это чувство (не эмоцию). и это чувство будет генерировать сцены и утверждения, которые идеально подходят для вас!!!! поиграйте с этими сценами и аффирмациями или с тем, что приходит к вам естественным путем. окунитесь в это чувство!!! потеряй себя!!!! получайте удовольствие!!! с этого момента все, что вам нужно сделать, это упорствовать не для того, чтобы получать вещи в 3d, а для того, чтобы сделать это состояние вашим привычным и автопилотом ❤️

idk if anyone will relate to this, but what helped me really a lot, i mean A LOT was doing what i WANT in my imagination, not what i think i have to do. it sounds too simple but it’s true.

i read neville, bloggers, reddit posts and all that stuff and i had enough knowledge to apply the law and get results. but i was still struggling because i wasn’t doing what i wanted in my imagination.

i was trying to make it perfect in my imagination so that it can be “perfect” in the 3d. i related to edward art so much when he said in his video that he once tried to make his scene perfect because that’s exactly what i used to do. i would stress so much over making my scene perfect instead of being in the state of wish fulfilled. 

this was all coming from fear but i didn’t know that at the time. this is why i love edward art’s work so much because he covers things that people may be struggling with but no one really talks about. i can really tell he does speak from his own experience and struggles.

if you’re going through this right now, i would suggest you first find out who you are in imagination-the creator. you’re not using imagination to make something happen, imagination is reality itself. you’re not a tiny human being daydreaming about your desires. you ARE imagination imagining being a human. imagination is your real self!!!!!

play with your imagination to figure out who you are there. you’re a powerless human in the 3d, but in imagination, you are god! you are the only creator and there is no other creator. in imagination, things only live as long as you’re aware of them. your awareness is life.

there is nothing to “force” in imagination because….who are you forcing??? nothing has power in imagination but you. 

instead of trying to become things in imagination, just relax. first, relax your body and your mind. and then instead of making things perfect in imagination, first ACCEPT your desire as a present fact. not as something you’re going to be in the future, but as something you are NOW. don’t argue. don’t rationalize. don’t question. silence all those voices. and just accept. for once. from this acceptance, the feeling of wish fulfilled, the feeling neville talks about will come naturally. and from this feeling, scenes(visualization) and thoughts(affirmations) that are perfect for you will come to you naturally without you having to force anything. it all happens naturally.

there is nothing to force in imagination. JUST ACCEPT. oh you want to have big boobs? fine. don’t stress over finding perfect scenes or affirmations. accept your have the biggest the best boobs ever. from this acceptance, you’ll feel this feeling(not emotion). and this feeling will generate scenes and affirmations that are perfect for you!!!! play with those scenes and affirmations or whatever comes to you naturally. bask yourself in this feeling!!! lose yourself!!!! have fun!!! from this on, all you have to do is persist not to get things in the 3d, but to make this state your habitual & autopilot state❤️

when neville says “your own wonderful I AMness is god and there is no other god”, I AM isn’t a string of words that you just say. I AM is a permanent unconditioned awareness of being. your awareness of self. the sense of self. that is you. that is the real you. that is your true self. 

before i say “i am aphrodite”, i say “i am”. i can never escape my own I AM, my own awareness of being. i may forget who i am, where i am, why i am, what i am, but i can never forget that I AM. i’m always aware of being no matter what. and THAT awareness is the creator and there is no other creator.

manifesting isn’t magic. it’s just shifting your awareness to a desired version of yourself. reality is whatever you’re aware of. so you stop being aware of undesired circumstances, and you start being aware of having/being your desires. 

creation is finished. there are infinite versions of you you can choose from to your liking. think of it like a sims game. you customize your character. likewise, you customize your self, your I AM, by choosing which version you want to identify yourself as. 

you stop being aware of being the old version and you start being aware of being your new version. you shift your awareness and claim(assume) I AM THAT. let the weak say I AM strong (joel 3:10).

you already are it. that version of you already exists within you. all you need to do is BEcome aware of BEING that version, that new self. you shift your awareness to BEING that version. 

awareness=consciousness=imagination=god=creator=I AM=self=inner self=awareness of being=sense of self…….etc. 

you can never step outside of your own awareness. your 3d only exists because you’re aware of it. that’s why neville says in order to un-manifest undesired and manifest desires, you take your attention off the undesired and place is upon your desire and remain there until your consciousness is so filled with your desire that it crowds out all the opposing ideas and drench yourself in that feeling and walk as a new self. and whenever your desire comes to your mind, you give thanks that it’s yours because it is. 

there is a version of you that is poor and broke and there is also a version of you who’s wealthy and ridiculously rich. you CHOOSE which one you want to identify yourself with. you have this FREEDOM. you ALWAYS did. you simply did not know you had this freedom. you’re awakening to the fact that you can BE what you WANT, what pleases you in your own imagination. so, you BE it in imagination. you BE that version. you become aware of BEING it. you really already are it.

honestly it just my ramble cause i’ve been getting so many asks asking how to manifest or how to ignore the 3d and i felt like a lot of people don’t truly understand the law. 

that version of you(state aka self concept) is already within you waiting for your occupancy, waiting for you to BE that version. so, you BE it in imagination. you BE that version because that is you. and you become one with it. yes, it is THAT SIMPLE.

I AM the formless awareness of being conceiving myself to be man. By my everlasting law of being I am compelled to be and to express all that I believe myself to be….I AM the eternal No-thing-ness containing within my formless self the capacity to be all things….I AM the law of being and beside ME there is no law. I AM that I AM    -neville

this is why techniques don’t matter. you use whatever techniques you enjoy to BE that version of you in imagination, in consciousness. it’d be false if i told you you have to affirm, visualize, script, do sats, and lullaby, etc. your priority and goal is to BE it in your imagination. that’s all.

there is no such thing as your “true self”. your true self is this formless, faceless, bodiless, void, the awareness of being, pure consciousness, pure imagination. that is you. and from there, you can be whatever you want. you can customize yourself to your liking. there is no other to please, you only please yourself.

true self love is allowing yourself to BE what you want in your own imagination, granting yourself all you want, that is the true act of self love. it actually has nothing to do with looking at yourself in the mirror and loving the way you look (of course love your human self but you get what i mean).

honestly, this is why “affirm and persist” didn’t make sense to me cause it’s not about affirming, it’s more about BEING. you BE it by assuming you are it. you can affirm, visualize, script, if that’s what you WANT to do.

делать то, что вы должны делать в 3D. не будь безрассудным (как я) . но ВЫПОЛНИТЕ свое желание в воображении и ОТОЗНАВАЙТЕ себя с внутренним собой. когда вы будете настаивать на этом, ваши чувства ( не эмоции! ) полностью изменятся, и вам не придется ходить в школу и делать уроки. единственная причина, по которой ненавидят ваши нынешние обстоятельства, заключается в том, что вы находитесь в таком состоянии. как только вы измените свое состояние, ваша реакция на ваше 3D изменится, и то, как вы видите свое текущее 3D, изменится. потому что ваши состояния диктуют все.

Hello, how can i deal with the 3d when i am a college student manifesting a new dream life where i am not college student.. like i am manifesting a completely new life for myself and it is weird when i have to deal with shitty courses that i absolutely loathe. Everyday i have to wake up and think about uni, homework, exams.. which i hate so much and led me many times to be extremely desperate and miserable trying to manifest my dream life.

another thing, i understand that i have my desires right now in my imagination and that time does not matter; yet i find myself hating the idea that i do not know when my desires will be reflected into the 3d. I remember reading a neville’s quote that goes like this:

"If you reach the point of relief, your bread has been cast upon the water to return, perhaps in the matter of an hour. I have had the phone ring – minutes after I have imagined it – to hear confirmation that it has happened. Sometimes it has taken days, weeks, or months; but I do not repeat the action once I have done it and felt the feeling of relief, for I know there is nothing more I need to do." - Neville

and i was like.. jesus fucking christ, months? I cant wait for months for it be reflected. Like i just cannot. Did you ever have this fear whenever you read neville talking about time?

i do not know if i articulated my ask well, but i hope i get a satisfying response. Thank you so much aphrodite

do what you have to do in the 3d. don't be reckless(like me). but FULFILL your desire in imagination and IDENTIFY yourself with the inner you. when you persist in this, your feeling(not emotion!) will completely change and you having to go to school and do homework won't bother you. the only reason who hate your current circumstances is that you're in that state. once you change your state, your reaction to your 3d will change, and the way you view your current 3d will change. because your states dictate everything.

it doesn't take long to see results in the 3d. the shortest one that took me that i manifested that i consider quite big was overnight. like it really doesn't take long and almost scary how fast the 3d can change when you can really really focus on changing your inner self. neville didn't mean it'll take months. what he meant is he truly doesn't care if it takes a day or a week or a month. all that mattered to him was changing his state. plus, i believe he was referring to desires he considered less "significant"? like neville would always imagine for other people and he did that for multiple people so it was always something like someone would come to neville for help with their problems and neville would imagine them doing well in their life and then just kind of forget about them cause neville has his own life and then a few months later he would hear from them that they're doing great in their life or something like that. that's what he meant by it may take months. i promise it doesn't take months😭don't worry about it, you have my word. just focus on being in your desired state. focus within. your goal isn't to see a change on the outside but to see a change within.

for neville's own desires, it never took him long. like it took him overnight to get out of Barbados, took 9 days to get out of the army, took 2-3 days to get money back from his old friend, and took 1 week to get a divorce.

When I was a beginner in the loa community, I used to get really pissed when people told me that to manifest I had to "assume and persist", but guys that is pretty much all there really is to it.

It's the two main things you'll find in almost all manifesting methods. It's really as simple as that there's no need to make it difficult.

If you really think about it, there's no reason why it wouldn't work because persisting means taking absolutely nothing else for an answer. The moment you say "it's not working," you aren't even persisting anymore.

Plus, the law has an obligation to give you what you want. That's just how it's wired. There's no other options here.

you are not your thoughts. they are not a mirror, not a diagnosis, not proof of failure. they’re just noise. when your brain spits out, 'this isn’t working,' don’t argue, don’t spiral, don’t even take it seriously. let it sit there. watch it fade. because it will. so stop identifying with intrusive thoughts. 

resistance only survives if you start negotiating with it. the second you start dissecting a doubt, you’re trapped in its logic. don’t play along. when you get a thought like 'what if this isn’t working?,' just let it sit there unanswered, like an awkward question in a conversation you’ve already checked out of. give it nothing to work with.

resistance is only as powerful as the attention you give it. redirect your thoughts. immediately. to anything. every time doubt creeps in, think of something else. return to your assumption, your end goal, your desired reality. do it without hesitation. "but what if. ." no. "but i don’t feel. . .," don’t let resistance become the main thing. replace it, move on.

people act like doubt means something. it doesn’t. it’s just a feeling. a chemical reaction in your brain that passes, like hunger, like tiredness, like any other mood. let it exist without letting it define anything. don’t resist it, don’t analyse it. just let it float by like a passing car outside your window. not your car, not your problem. make peace with discomfort. 

assume your power. resistance is a relic of a mindset that no longer serves you. you don’t have to fight it, you don’t have to fix it. you just have to stop believing in it. act like someone who already has what they want, and let resistance dissolve into irrelevance. it was never real to begin with.

stop treating resistance like an enemy to be defeated. it’s not a force, it’s a habit. and habits break the moment you stop giving them power.

my sp story <3

hi besties! if you've been following my blog for a while you know that i've been single for a while, partly because i like to be independent and single, and partly because i just didn't like anyone. obviously i could just manifest a guy out of thin air, but when im not confronted face to face with a crush then i just don't care about being in a relationship so i never manifested someone out of thin air lol

but then a couple of weeks ago i was at the movies with my friends, and there were couples cuddling around us and i was like "aw :( kinda wish i had a bf now." and what do we do when we feel any type of desire? we immediately fulfill ourselves, no matter how "small" the desire is! so that's what i did. i imagined for like two seconds that i was cuddling with a boy at the theaters, and then i got distracted by the movie and forgot all about it

then like 15 minutes later, a guy that i'd had a crush on four years ago randomly slid into my dms. i never pursued him four years ago bc my bff at the time had dibs on him, but we're not friends anym and haven't been for years so it was my time to shine!!!

anyway, we talk for like a week. i know this guy is funny and shit bc of when we hung out irl, but like all he's sending me are unfunny memes that don't really warrant a response. so it was kinda tough

and this is the part where you guys are going to yell at me!!! i was like oh i should use my manifestation skills and make sure this goes smoothly....but then i was like nah im just gonna go with the flow 😭😭😭 and i know you guys are like REM!!!! u manifest EVERYTHING u can't just turn it off!!!! anyway.....long story short a week into us talking this mf randomly blocks me!!!!

so im instantly like 🙄🙄 damn fine i'll manifest him back bc im stubborn and do not like being told no in my reality

so how did i do it? how did i manifest him back?

if you guys have followed me for a while, you know that i manifested an sp a couple years ago by simply affirming "i love [his name] so much" any time i'd think of him and this would conjure the feeling of the wish fulfilled. (NOT mindless affirming. i'd say it maybe two or three times to catch the feeling and then move on)

ANYWAY so that's what i did! and let me tell you....i was not "perfect" by any means 😭 in fact this manifestation really kinda opened my eyes on how EASY manifestation truly is. like i already knew how easy it was, but damn!

if you know that your desire is promised and that it is coming because you gave it to yourself in imagination (even ONCE) ... there is NOTHING that will stop it. i was gonna make a separate post on this and i tried but i just couldn't articulate it correctly so im going to try again:

it took 12 days to manifest him to unblock me and message me. im sure it would've taken a shorter amount of time if i was more disciplined with myself but it's kinda crazy bc of how UNdisciplined i was 😭 tbh i was just kinda like...unsure if i even wanted to manifest him at all bc thats how much i value my alone time and my independence lol

anyway, i always get asks from people who are stressed and anxious bc they think that in order to manifest your desire, you can never enter the state of lack ever again and that dwelling in negative thoughts will "ruin" your manifestations. but i am here to tell you IT DOES NOT MATTER!!! you do not need to be "perfect"!!!! as long as you are staying faithful to the idea that you have your desire in the 4d, it'll manifest in the 3d.

another thing i see so many people confused and stressed about is whether or not they're naturally thinking from the state. for instance, every time you think of your sp, you think from the end of being in a relationship with them, before you think of the fact that you're not together yet. and let me tell you....while this CAN happen, it's not always gonna happen and it's not necessary. let me tell you, the DAY before my sp reached out, and even the day that he did....i would catch myself thinking about how we weren't together! but the gag is....YOUR THOUGHTS DON'T MANIFEST!!!! yes, they indicate what state you're in, but the actual thoughts themselves don't mean shit!!! they don't manifest. they just don't!

so i'd shift back to the state of being my sp's girlfriend when i'd have these thoughts, but i was fully aware we were not together in my 3d and i never naturally thought of us as being together before i saw any evidence of it in my 3d. all i had was the knowing that my inner man was with my sp, and that since i'd decided i had it in imagination, it would push out into my 3d. because that's how the law works!!! and honestly, that's all you really need. you just need to know that since you gave yourself your desire in your imagination ONE TIME, it WILL manifest. and if you have a true understanding of how the law works and you've read source, you will have no trouble knowing that it will come.

you also do NOT need to be in the state of the wish fulfilled 24/7!!! at all!!!! i cannot stress this enough. and tbh i used to feel the same. i felt like i had to be aware of having my desire in imagination 24/7 or else it wouldn't come. i thought i couldn't perceive the lack or opposite in my 3d or else it wouldn't manifest (see this post about dismissing the 3d btw if u need help with that). but the gods honest truth is that all you need to do is DECIDE you have your desire in imagination & not take no for an answer & KNOW that your desire is GOING TO REFLECT IN YOUR 3D NO MATTER WHAT!!!!

and that's not to say that you wont still get anxious and have intrusive thoughts and be like "oh god what if it never manifests." like... im human and i had those human moments. but i just reminded myself that i know the law and ive proven it to myself many times and i know that it had to manifest.

anyway. back to my sp story!

so for these 12 days that im blocked (lmfao) all i did was affirm "i love [his name] so much" whenever i thought of him until i caught the feeling of the wish fulfilled. that's it. and i knew for a fact that he was mine in the 4d and therefore we'd be together in the 3d bc that's the law!

anyway on friday (5 days ago) at 8pm? im scrolling thru the ulta app and then im like "oh i havent fulfilled myself today i dont think" so i fulfilled myself for like 2 seconds and then get distracted by some product and then two minutes later i get a notif that this guy followed me and then dmed me 😭

it's funny cuz my irls don't know about the law of assumption so i sent them a screenshot and i was like "look who came crawling back" and they were like BOOOOO!!! and i was like no guys!!!!! i created the blocking and i created this like i promise we can trust him 😭😭 hahahaha

anyway. let me tell you. if you are manifesting an sp, DO NOT DO THAT SHIT IN STEPS!!!!! i mean, if you really want to, i can't stop you, but i really don't recommend it.

with my old sp (the one from two years ago) i'd always manifest contact and then get it, and then he'd ghost me and and id have to manifest contact again and it'd be a never ending cycle!!! bc i was just focusing on contact, not on how i felt or how he felt about me.

the reason i loveeee to affirm "i love my sp so much" INSTEAD OF "HE loves ME so much" is because it helps me catch the feeling of the wish fulfilled so much more. not only that, but because remember, THERE IS NO ONE TO CHANGE BUT SELF!!!! changing the way i see my sp and the way i feel about him is all i need to do. im not trying to change him and make him love me lol. this is about me and my inner reality, not him! he'll reflect whatever i am in the 4d

another reason i love affirming this is because TO ME, this is what implies we are already together. whenever im in a relationship, i always find myself laying around all giddy thinking about how obsessed with my bf i am and how i love him so much. so i emulate that when im manifesting an sp.

and it's PERFECT because by jumping straight to the end where we're already together, i don't have to focus on all the things that lead to us being in a relationship. i don't have to manifest him following me, or texting me, or asking me on a date. these things all just happen naturally bc im living in the end.

NOT TO MENTION, it naturally turns your sp into your perfect partner? like remember when i said when we were talking before he blocked me he was kinda dry and he'd just send memes that i didn't find funny? THIS DUDE DID A COMPLETE 180!!!

he's sooo funny, he is the OPPOSITE of dry, he is everything???? and im obsessed.

anyway he unblocked me and dmed me, and then asked for my number and we had such funny and cute convos and then boom 4 days later he asks me on a date and i say no (😭😭😭😭 i was busy) but i agreed to go on a date the next day and the way this boy showed pure unencumbered excitement 🥺 im obsessed

anyway im sorry this is so long? i really just wanted to share how all i did was apply what i've been preaching about on this blog for years and it worked out flawlessly! hopefully this gives you guys some good tips and maybe motivation? <3

im so sorry ive been so inactive 😭😭😭 i've had the busiest past two months!!

yesterday i reread edward art's series on reddit and took notes on it and i thought i'd post them maybe 😌 i really highly recommend reading his series in full to really truly get a grasp on manifesting!! like once you read it you will truly fully grasp manifestation. it's so good.

but here's my little notes i took bc i find it so motivating and helpful to just read the little quotes i wrote down every once in a while.

any time im in a bad/sad mood i always like to read neville or edward and it instantly puts me in a better mood & motivates me. so i took these notes for that purpose and i wasn't gonna post them but i thought maybe it could help you guys too!!!

How To Manifest Your Desired Appearance by Applying States

If you read my success stories post, you would know that I successfully manifested both my desired face and my desired body using the Law of Assumption. Specifically, by applying states.

Each state comes with its own set of thoughts. So first, I found it was beneficial to make a list of thoughts that I would think if I had my desired appearance.

For example, while manifesting my desired face, I knew my thoughts wouldn't just be "I have my desired face." That sounded and felt very mechanical to me. Instead, here were some of the things I'd be thinking naturally, and therefore things I adapted as my affirmations:

"I love being so pretty I don't even need makeup."

"I feel very confident today."

(When seeing someone I viewed as very pretty): "She's pretty, but I am prettier."

"Everyone wants to look like me because I am the most gorgeous woman in the world."

"I always look so good in pictures."

Any time I felt insecure or upset about my appearance, either my face or my body, I would immediately switch back to my desired state. Something that helped me a lot was minimizing the time I spent looking in the mirror. You can't see your face unless you're looking at your reflection. So really, I had no proof that I didn't look how I wanted to in my 3D. Any time I'd think of my appearance, I would imagine I looked like my DF. My old face was dead and gone to me. And when I did catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror, I'd pretend I was simply looking at my old self, because I knew for a FACT I looked different now.

I also made certain to fall asleep in the state of the wish fulfilled every night. I did this by doing SATS every night. I would imagine myself looking in the mirror and seeing my DF. I only looped the scene around five times before I got too drowsy to do it anymore. Then I'd drop off into sleep. Most nights, when I saw my own face in my dreams, I looked exactly like my desired face.

Any time throughout my day I found myself thinking from the state of lack, I would simply shift back to my desired state. I would do this by saying "I already have it." Sometimes it'd take me a while to sustain the state, because I kept immediately doubting. But I'd just keep shifting myself back into the desired state. I would not let myself give in to my negative thoughts.

I persisted until I finally woke up with my desired appearance. It got easier every day. I remained patient with myself. I knew it was possible. The only thing holding me back was my own doubts and fears. It got easier to recognize them (because sometimes they were camouflaged, as they were so natural to me) and it got easier and easier to dwell in my desired state, until it became my dominant state.

That is how I manifested my desired appearance! It really comes down to discipline, not taking no for an answer, and persistence.

do you believe in removing the 3d from the equation and accepting we cannot change it but can only yield to our state??

i don’t separate 3d + 4d anymore. it’s all imagination. i know who i am, decide i have what i want, and then it shows up. but yeah, edward art said something like, “yield to the feeling of the wish fulfilled and be consumed as its victim” in one of his videos and, at least for me, that’s the way to go. simply be and know and stop needing shit and relinquish control. the supposed “outer” world changes on its own.

you know the drill. another day, another q&a. i’ve gathered all your burning questions about shifting & manifesting and answered them like i’m hosting a late-night talk show, except instead of celebrity guests, it’s just me, sleep deprivation, and an encyclopedic knowledge of the multiverse. consider this your go-to guide for everything from “why hasn’t it worked yet?” to “can i shift standing up?” (yes, and if you figure out how to do it mid-stride, let me know).

❛❛ what is law of shifting? shifting, or reality shifting, is the practice of consciously moving one's awareness to an alternate reality or desired reality, in other words, a dr. shifters believe that infinite realities exist simultaneously and that through intention or visualisation, they can experience a reality of their choosing.

❛❛ how does shifting work? is it something gradual or instant/overnight? shifting is instant. one moment you're here, the next you're there. no in-between, no buffering. just a switch.

❛❛ what is awareness and how does it work? awareness is the fundamental observer, the "i am" behind all thoughts, emotions, and perceptions. it is not your thoughts, your body, or even your identity, it is the thing that witnesses all of those. if you strip away your name, your history, your emotions, what remains? the awareness that experiences all things. imagine awareness like a flashlight in a dark room. whatever you shine it on, your thoughts, your surroundings, your sensations, becomes your focal point. but the flashlight itself is not the object it’s illuminating. it’s just observing.

in simpler terms, your awareness is not the content of your mind, it’s the thing that notices that content. it’s always present, always watching, whether you’re thinking, daydreaming, or in deep sleep. it creates reality by focusing on particular thoughts, assumptions, and experiences.

❛❛ how do we shift constantly? you are always shifting because your awareness is fluid, not fixed. reality is not a single, static thing, it’s a spectrum of infinite possible states, and your awareness moves through them constantly. every thought, every assumption, every focus of attention is a micro-shift to a different version of reality.

every time you change a belief, you shift. if you wake up believing today will be boring, you experience a version of today that aligns with that belief. if you wake up believing today will be exciting, you shift into a different reality where things unfold differently. your awareness dictates what version of reality you experience. if you focus on lack, you shift into a reality where lack exists. if you focus on abundance, you shift into a reality where abundance is your experience. small shifts happen every second. right now, if you decide you are lucky, you just shifted into a reality where you are lucky. if you suddenly assume you are confident, you just shifted into a reality where confidence is more accessible to you.

❛❛ can i permashift? if you want to, yes. your cr body won’t drop dead, it’ll just exist on autopilot. permashifting is a commitment, but you get to decide what it means.

❛❛ i tried a method and it didn’t work. methods don’t make you shift, you do. stop hyper-fixating on technique and start focusing on the belief that shifting is inevitable.

❛❛ i’m hopeless about shifting and losing hope. you can’t lose hope in something inevitable. shifting is real, it exists, and you can do it. sit with the fact that it’s already yours.

❛❛ what happens if i move midshift? will that disrupt it? no. that's very much a myth. you can shift whenever.

❛❛ i’m struggling. struggle doesn’t mean failure. keep going, keep believing, keep knowing it’s done.

❛❛ i’m impatient. shifting isn’t about patience, it’s about certainty. the second you know it’s done, you’ve already shifted.

❛❛ how to be aware of your dr? awareness = presence. stop doubting, stop overthinking. if you’re there, you’re there. simple.

❛❛ how is lucid dreaming different from shifting? lucid dreaming is control over a dream. shifting is moving consciousness to a real, existing reality. they’re not the same.

❛❛ i’ve gotten to the void but i can’t shift. the void isn’t the destination, it’s the doorway. walk through it.

❛❛ do i have to script? no. scripting is for clarity, not necessity. your intentions are enough.

❛❛ what if i get distracted easily? distractions don’t stop you from shifting. shifting is a knowing, not a concentration game.

❛❛ during the day i’m really excited and when it’s time to shift, i have doubts. excitement means you believe it’s possible. doubts don’t matter unless you entertain them.

❛❛ wait, so all i have to do is go "it's ok. i'm in my dr" and then don't think about it again??? just go about the rest of my day and think nothing more?? yes. it’s called living in the end. stop micromanaging the process.

❛❛ what if i see the people in my dr as fictional? reality is perception. fiction here doesn’t mean fiction there.

❛❛ do time ratios matter between realities? no. your dr follows its own time, its own rules.

❛❛ tips on lucid dreaming and how to shift with it? use lucid dreams as a launchpad. once you realise you’re dreaming, affirm you’ve shifted.

❛❛ any tips on how to keep faith? remind yourself shifting is inevitable. let go of desperation.

❛❛ what should your mindset be? unwavering certainty. shifting is done, you are there.

❛❛ will your dr feel the same // be as realistic as your cr? yes. possibly even more real.

❛❛ is there a thing such as shifting symptoms? symptoms are just your own expectations manifesting. they’re not required. and sometimes it's just your body falling asleep.

❛❛ what about shifting signs? (angel numbers, seeing things that correlate with your dr) if you believe they mean something, they do. if you don’t, they don’t. reality is what you make of it.

❛❛ should i assume from third pov or first? both are fine. you can do first since it's more personal, unless third feels more natural to you.

❛❛ can you shift to dangerous places? yes, but why would you want to?

❛❛ can i have multiple s/os? yes. your dr, your rules.

❛❛ what if i can’t visualise at all? how do i shift without visualisation? visualisation is a tool, not a requirement. belief and intention are enough.

❛❛ what does it actually feel like to shift? is it a fade-to-black, a snap, or something else? different for everyone. could be a snap, a slow transition, or just opening your eyes and being there.

❛❛ can i shift into a world where i don’t exist yet? yes. there's an infinite amount of realities. you can go into any timeline.

❛❛ can i shift to a different race/ethnicity? yes. your dr body is fully customisable. if you want to change your race, height, or even species, go ahead. just remember that identity is more than just aesthetics, if you shift as another race, you will experience the world through that lens.

❛❛ what if i shift somewhere and i hate it? exit. shift back. undo. just leave.

❛❛ can i shift into an animated/cartoon world?yes.

❛❛ if i shift into a dr where i have kids, will i actually love them? yes, unless you're a deadbeat. your emotions in your dr are real. you will feel the same love, attachment, and responsibility as if those kids were born in your cr.

❛❛ can i shift into someone else’s pov?yes.

❛❛ what if i shift somewhere where things are different? your brain adapts. you will instinctively know how to function in that world, whether it’s bending gravity, casting spells, or breathing underwater.

❛❛ can i shift while walking or doing daily activities? yes. people have shifted while listening to music, washing dishes, and even mid-conversation with someone.

❛❛ what if i shift and panic? if you shift and freak out, you can always return to your cr. panic won’t trap you. you’re not locked in.

❛❛ when i shift, do i leave my body? no, your physical body stays in your cr, but your consciousness shifts to your dr. think of it like tuning into a different frequency.

❛❛ is it possible to smell scents from my dr in my cr, or am i just going crazy? yes and no. shifters report phantom sensations like smells, sounds, or even touches from their dr. your brain can be simply syncing with that reality. but it can also be a coincidence. make of reality what you will, if you think it's from your dr, then it is.

❛❛ i need to convince myself I’m in my dr and wait for the 3d to reflect it? be delusional and patient?? yes, that’s the law of assumption in action. hold the belief and live from it, and reality will catch up.

❛❛ do we have to perceive shifting as natural for it to happen? yes. the more normal and achievable it feels, the easier it is to shift. make it feel as natural as blinking.

❛❛ is shifting to a dr i’m less attached to easier than one i’m obsessed with? sorta. less attachment = less pressure = smoother shifting. when you need to shift, you create resistance.

❛❛ how do i detach from my cr? it can help to live in your dr mindset. see cr as a temporary dream. engage less emotionally. shift focus to your dr completely.

❛❛ if I already shifted but the 3d hasn’t caught up, and i can’t be arsed to do methods, am i still doing it right? yes. if you know you’ve already shifted, you don’t need to do anything. just exist, stay stable, and avoid spiralling into frustration. you’re on track.

❛❛ will it feel weird to see people from my cr in different realities? yes and no. at first, it might be surreal, but you’ll adapt quickly. they may act differently, but your mind will adjust.

❛❛ what do you think of quantum immortality? (i do believe in it) quantum immortality suggests that consciousness never truly dies; it shifts to timelines where you continue existing. if you believe in infinite realities, this aligns with shifting theory, you’re always moving into different versions of existence.

❛❛ i got close to shifting but panicked at the last moment. how do i stop this? you're already shifting every second. excitement turning into anxiety is normal. next time, remind yourself there’s nothing to fear. breathe through it. Instead of anticipating the shift, surrender to it like falling asleep.

❛❛ do you need a safe word/safe action? it’s optional. if it gives you peace of mind, use one, but you don’t need it. your intent alone is enough to return.

❛❛ do angel numbers mean anything? yes, but also, everything is a sign if you decide it is. angel numbers (111, 222, 333, etc etc etc) are basically reality’s way of winking at you. they indicate alignment, a shift in energy, or a confirmation that you’re on the right path.

❛❛ i know i’m in my dr, but i keep forgetting and feeling like i’m waiting. help? you’re not waiting, you’re there. the thought popping up isn’t proof of absence; it’s just noise. you don’t need to prove what’s already real.

❛❛ i want to shift, but i’m scared of the unknown. were you ever afraid? how did you cope? fear of the unknown is just the mind throwing a tantrum over change. i felt it too, but excitement drowns it out. shifting isn’t losing yourself, it’s finding more of you.

❛❛ people from my past keep coming back, but i don’t want them in my reality. what do i do? block, ignore, delete, repeat. their presence is not your problem. your comfort matters more than their nostalgia.

❛❛ i don’t care about my cr anymore, but shifting feels hard when there’s so much going on. advice? detachment is fine, paralysis isn’t. simplify: either shift or make this reality bearable while you do. don’t let in-between keep you stuck.

❛❛ i go numb in the void, but i still hear my surroundings, then wake up in my cr. what’s happening? numbness means you’re detaching, awareness means you’re still tethered. next time, push further.

❛❛ how do i build my dr properly in my mind? don’t overthink. focus on feelings, not blueprints. the details will fill themselves in. your subconscious already knows. trust it.

❛❛ what is law of attraction? the law of attraction (loa) is the principle that like attracts like. meaning that positive or negative thoughts bring corresponding experiences into one's life. it is based on the idea that the mind emits energetic frequencies that align with similar external energies. loa suggests that maintaining an optimistic mindset, visualising success, and embodying gratitude can lead to favourable outcomes.

❛❛ what is law of assumption? the law of assumption (also....loa) posits that one's assumptions. deep-seated beliefs and expectations, shape their reality. unlike the law of attraction, which emphasises energetic alignment, the law of assumption focuses on the psychological certainty that what one accepts as true will inevitably manifest. this concept was primarily developed by neville goddard, who taught that by persistently assuming a desired state as already existing, individuals can bring it into their lived experience. It operates on the principle that consciousness dictates reality.

❛❛ 3d, 4d, 5d...what's the difference?◞ 3D (third dimension) : the physical reality you experience with your five senses. the "real world" where things feel solid, time moves in a linear fashion, and external circumstances seem fixed. this is what most people believe is the only reality.

◞ 4D (fourth dimension) : the realm of thoughts, beliefs, imagination, and assumption. this is the layer where you create reality before it hardens into the 3d. your inner world (mindset, affirmations, visualisations) exists here, and it directly influences what you experience in the 3d.
