My family has dubbed the groundhog who lives under our porch "Howard." Howard shares cigars with our cat, but it seems Howard is considering taking residence in the neighbors shed. We cannot let this happen, because our cat has no other friends.

This sounds silly, but I swear by it. It's my go to when i need to do chores but executive dysfunction/depression is bothering me.

Put on idle video game music, my go to is lost woods, and pretend you are playing yourself as a video game

Your little guy has to do their mini quests or else they can't earn XP!!

And this next part is crucial

If your music has a repetitive motif, come up with a little idle dance you do every time the motif plays (think koopas doing their little shimmy on the *bah bah* )

I plow through laundry with this, maybe it can help you too!!
