White People In Ukraine Are Actively Pulling Poc (asians, Africans, Middle Easterners) Off Of Escape

white people in ukraine are actively pulling poc (asians, africans, middle easterners) off of escape transportation to make room for more white people. that needs to be recognized as a war crime and i’m so, deeply serious.

The way kim k was allowed to wear Marilyn Monroe’s dress to the met gala is so infuriating both from a fashion conservation standpoint and a historical standpoint. Marilyn Monroe came from absolutely nothing and was super smart and was an advocate for minority rights and was on the fucking government’s communist watchlist and kim k thinks she has the right to wear her dress? And not only that but rich people shouldn’t just be allowed to wear historical garments whenever they want. It damages a garment that should be preserved by experts in a museum instead. Fuck off get hit by a car dumb bitch

while trying to flee ukraine, poc (asians, africans, middle easterners) are reporting actively being pulled off of escape transportation to make room for more white people at the polish border. poland is refusing to accept poc as refugees period to, again, make room for more white people. it’s also being reported that Ukrainian policeman are becoming physically violent with black people trying to flee. all of this needs to be recognized as a war crime and i’m so, deeply serious.

I love this

Well now I’m wondering how Mammon even discovered he could talk to crows after the fall. It could have been an emotional moment where he was venting out his frustrations with his new life, and some crows flew over and lend an ear. It could have been a funny moment where he fell down and a flock started laughing at him. It could have been a bit of both, who knows?

It's hard.

But he doesn't know what's harder.

His aching body, twisted to form something wholly new?

Or the gaping hole that Lilith left behind.

The searing anger of their newest family member.

Or Lucifer's suffocating self-hatred.

The screams of his little brothers as they jolt out of another nightmare.

Or the burning of his eyes as he sacrifices another night of sleep to stay vigilant by their sides.

The old-new-stronger urge for more, more, more.

Or the eternally dark skies and sneers of creatures he'd once mercilessly ploughed through.

It'll get better, he thinks. One day it'll get better. But today. Today it's hard.

So he jumps out a window.

It might be selfish. It definitely is selfish. He needs to get back in there. He needs to keep them all together while they find themselves.

But. But he just wants this time. This five minutes to himself where he can finally grieve. This five minutes to himself where he doesn't have to pretend he's strong. This five minutes to himself where he can break apart before he has to wipe away any lingering tears and pull up a grin and rally the others.

So he jumps out a window.

He fucks up the landing. Put off balance by the slim black leathery wings when he had been expecting large fluffed up white ones.

That's already a silver lining, as off putting as it is. No more preening and much more inconspicuous, probably faster too if he had the chance to test it out.

But he doesn't. Not right now, at least.

Instead he wonders out further into the castle grounds away from his messed up, broken family, away from the too cheerful Prince and his creepy butler.

He eventually plops down under an old dead tree - something you'd never find up there where everything and everyone had to be perfect or else.

He breathes through his nose and stares up at the sky. Another silver lining. The night sky was ethereal.

A shuffling by his side has him jolting, fight or flight kicking in until he makes eye contact with a large black bird, its dark beady little eyes staring up at him.

He's seen them before of course. They seem to litter both the Devildom and the human world.

He sits back down. Watching warily as it hops closer and caws at him - loud and obnoxious.

Asmo would say that he sounded the same and the thought startles him enough that it makes him laugh. It's been the first time he's laughed since even before the Fall and it's because of a stupid fucking bird.

He tells the bird as much and it cocks its little head at him. It's almost cute.

Maybe it's because he hasn't had a chance to talk about it yet. Maybe it's because he's been so focused on holding everyone else together he's forgotten to patch up his own cracks. But he starts talking. He starts talking and he can't stop until his voice his hoarse and his cheeks are wet and the bird has moved closer, head nestled under his palm.

" 'rry," he says once he's calmed down enough, staring down at those little eyes that had never shifted from his face, "ya prob'ly didn't wanta hear all that. But thanks for listenin'."

"Damn, Bro. That really fucking sucks," says the crow.

Mammon shrieks.

Come leave a comment or kudos?🥺 I'd commit war crimes for it :)

Gentle reminder here that there are elder queers out there. Real elders, people in their 80s and 90s who survived, who are here. You can get there, old age does exist for us.

I know an old lesbian couple who have been married since the moment they legalized it. One woman can hardly walk anymore but she loves Hallmark ornaments, so her wife supports her against her walker during Christmas so she can look at them more easily.

I know a transgender man who started transitioning only 10 years ago at 60, and he's brilliant and funny and brings his grandchildren by to get sweets.

I know an asexual woman who, beamed and told me she absolutely loved not having a husband, and that she "never once regretted not getting married. I never felt that way about anybody! Why force it?" She lives with her parrot and loves salsa dancing.

Our elders exist. So many of us have been wiped out and erased on purpose, but we're here. And that means you can get there. When you're old and grey, when you're retired and done, there will be people who will love you and will care for you.

i just looked in the tags and couldn’t find any posts about this, so i’ll make one myself:

yoon suk-yeol just won the presidential election in south korea. he ran on a platform of “feminism is a hate group that’s ruining south korea” and “men are oppressed by women” and featured campaign promises like abolishing the ministry of gender equality and family, abolishing the minimum wage and setting a 120 hour workweek for the working poor, getting rid of all food safety standards, and much more. his entire campaign focused on appealing to south korea’s rising incel movement, his nickname is literally “k-trump,” and he just won.

women and minorities in south korea are going to die because of this guy’s policies. here’s a thread by a south korean woman with more information.
