my art teacher told us we are going to have to do another presentation to our class of our final projects and I will actually explode on stage.

like, the problem is it’s having an anime style and doing digital art IS EVERYONE AT MY SCHOOL JUDGES IT AND FINDS IT CHILDISH, and when you have to stand up in front of a class who are meant to give you advice on things you can improve, they don’t give you any, it’s all silent and scary as hell.

(I had to do this last term as well EXCEPT WITH THREE ART TEACHERS ALSO JUDGING ME.)

Back at school and it already sucks and I have to much work (only good thing is the fact I’m learning to play ‘test flight’ from httyd in my piano lessons :D )

Here we go y'all, one year of relating to this sad sack

imagine team radical had an apology dance kind of like in gravity falls where Stan had to dance as an apology to Mabel or something like good omens.

like idk, maybe since Hugo and varian fought so much that varian was thinking of a consequence for each other when they were wrong for something and Yong cut in asking if he could make one and varian just went along with it resulting in the dance (Hugo constantly died of embarrassment when he had to do it)

and eventually it became a group thing

Some times I like to imagine a vat7k episode where it’s just Varian and Hugo handcuffed together to get along and every so often it’s just them tackling each other, otherwise when they get to close it’s just them being embarrassed.

(I know Hugo could just pick the lock but it’s still funny to imagine. Who knows, maybe Yong decided to stuff glue into the lock to try and get them to work together)

just remembered the game ‘broken age’ and now trying to imagine how a vat7k au would go in it.

(I’m not expecting anyone to know this game but it’s really good, it’s basically a role swapping game between this girl who was supposed to be a sacrifice and this boy who’s spent his life in a space ship until they end up seeing each other at the very end. It’s really good )

drawing the coronian sun symbol is the bane of my existence because every time I have to do a drawing with it I always end up having to do so many AND GETTING IT TO LOOK RIGHT IS SO ANNOYING.

I just discovered vat7k this year and when I first saw Hugo I hated his design (I’m sorry, but he looked so punchable) and eventually when I saw more fanarts of him his design grew on me eventually leading to me making fanart of him.

(I feel like the different ways of seeing people draw him make him less punchable)

i just keep seeing hugo fanart. and some people say he’s ugly and he is. he is kinda ugly. but the more fanart i see the more i think “oh no, he’s hot”

little modern au Hugo headcanon

Hugo would totally collect action figures and get pissed whenever someone calls them dolls or toys. And as the neat freak that he is, he would totally always have them kept in the boxes (also just to keep them in pristine condition).

I imagine that at some point someone would have taken one out of the box and he would have to try so hard to keep his composure and not absolutely tackle them.

random nuru headcanon,

I feel like Nuru instead of saying some like ‘good lord’ when she’s like surprised or annoyed or something she would say ‘oh stars’

I also imagine this being the title of the first episode where you meet her

important question, does Nuru have magic?

I know in some fic’s she’s written as having magic but not usually till like near the end because she realises she can use it.

(just wondering because then I have some drawing ideas)

realising it’s almost the end of April and I have completed only half of one of the Varigo week drawings…

(It hurts even more at the fact that three of those days are going to having either multiple drawings or multiple comic pages 😭)

(two of those days are also the most painful drawings (one of them mainly just because it’s based off a scene from arcane, well I mean it’s not really sad, u just wish they got together))

had a quick call with my multimedia teacher today and it was so quick because he was like, ‘yah I’m excited for your animation and you always do work in class so I’m not worried’.

yah… hahaha I totally do work in class, I’m totally not just spending my time drawing vat7k you know? Haha yah I’m totally working.

I can’t listen to songs like ‘ready as I’ll ever be’ or ‘nothing left to loose’ from tangled the series without having to get up and act out the whole thing.

like, my art room at school has this loft section and it will basically be just me jamming out to ‘nothing left to loose’ because I can gaze down the railings and stuff (basically perfect acting space)

I go to bed at 8pm and wake up at 5am (sometimes 3am) out of my own choosing every morning.

the best feeling is when you can find a series, cartoon, show or whatever that you can watch around your parents without them judging it.
