did someone say boyf riends redraw?? no? just me then
I finally decided to redraw some old fanart I made way back in 2018; I will not confirm or deny the inspiration came from listening to Cecily Smith over and over but like also showing off my old art is so embarrassing LMAO
You guyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyys, I'm just watching Tangled and omgggggggggggggggg I See The Light is just musically and visually EVERYTHIIIIIIIIING like I caaaaaaaaaaan't, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, so yeah, love love love love love love love love love!!!! π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°
**Not my video**
I love both of these songs (Part Of Your World and Somewhere That's Green) and the transition is just delicious and I love the whole of both Little Mermaid and Little Shop and yeah Ashman and Menken are GOATed
Also Audrey is my baby and Seymour is semi-baby in a complicated way and I can only watch the theatrical cut because waaaaaaaaa
A mating dance (?)
*grabbing your shoulders* listen to me. are you listening? The number of notes on your art is not equivalent to how good your art is.....do you got that? youre okay? Im just telling you that your worth as a creator is not measured by the amount of likes you have. Im telling you that whatever you make and post is good because you made and posted something. Okay darling? Okay.
which one of u was going to tell me that tea tastes different if u put it in hot water?
Omgggggggggg you guys this is so cool π₯°π₯°π₯°
One of the neatest bits of trivia Iβve been able to find about Little Shop of Horrors is the story behind the dog from Somewhere Thatβs Green, the stuffed one and the real one.
So during the original run of Little Shop, Ellen Greene met the puppeteer for Audrey II, Martin P. Robinson. He worked as a puppeteer on Sesame Street, most notably for Mr. Snuffleupagus. They started dating and somewhere around this time, she also got a cocker spaniel that she named Snuffy after the character he played.
Now that alone is really cool but thereβs even more to it.
When she was filming the Little Shop movie, she wasnβt able to see her dog as much anymore due to the fact that they were filming in England and she lived in New York. Knowing this, the director, Frank Oz, gave her a stuffed animal that looked just like her dog to cheer her up. That same stuffed dog ended up making it into the film and an actual cocker spaniel (not Snuffy, a different dog) was also brought in to play Audreyβs dog in her fantasy.

Ngl guys theyβre kinda my light at the end of the tunnel
Yaaaaaaaaaaas look after yourself y'all :)
shower. not a bath, a shower. use water as hot or cold as u like. u dont even need to wash. just get in under the water and let it run over you for a while. sit on the floor if you gotta.
moisturize everything. use whatever lotion u like. unscented? dollar store lotion? fancy ass 48 hour lotion that makes u smell like a field of wildflowers? use whatever you want, and use it all over.Β
put on clean, comfortable clothes.Β
put on ur favorite underwear. cute black lacy panties? those ridiculous boxers u bought last christmas with candy cane hearts on the butt? put em on.
drink cold water. use ice. if u want, add some mint or lemon for an extra boost.
clean something. doesnβt have to be anything big. organize one drawer of ur desk. wash five dirty dishes. do a load of laundry. scrub the bathroom sink.Β
blast music. listen to something upbeat and dancey and loud, something thatβs got lots of energy. sing to it, dance to it, even if you suck at both.
make food. donβt just grab a granola bar to munch. take the time and make food. even if itβs ramen. add something special to it, like a hard boiled egg or some veggies. prepare food, it tastes way better, and youβll feel like you accomplished something.Β
make something. write a short story or a poem, draw a picture, color a picture, fold origami, crochet or knit, sculpt something out of clay, anything artistic. even if you donβt think youβre good at it.
go outside. take a walk. sit in the grass. look at the clouds. smell flowers. put your hands in the dirt and feel the soil against your skin.
call someone. call a loved one, a friend, a family member, call a chat service if you have no one else to call. talk to a stranger on the street. have a conversation and listen to someoneβs voice. if you canβt, text or email or whatever, just have some social interaction with another person. even if you donβt say much, listen to them.
cuddle your pets if you have them/can cuddle them. take pictures of them. talk to them. tell them how u feel, about your favorite movie, a new game coming out.
