The tall shadow next to Jack is most likely Moloch lacking all his features minus his broad shoulders and rectangular head. This was likely done to keep his full design a secret until the release of the episode, though it's currently unconfirmed.

I think about the Ashen Wolves DLC a lot…and how Edelgard’s character would’ve felt going back into a place underground that could remind her of past traumas she wants to leave behind.
