Her hair is pink with brown roots that is half up in pigtails with yellow puff hair ties and half down. Her makeup consists of one eye having blue eyeshadow on the upper lid, a giant yellow puff shape over the other eye, large red circle cheeks, a small red nose, and a red bottom lip. One of her eyes has a swirl inside instead of a pupil and the other has a large pure black pupil.

Benny and Karamatsu based on the shimamatsu halloween 2017 slasher design for karamatsu. Benny is standing with their back pressed to a wall in the foreground, a hand to their mouth as the other clutches an icepick against their chest. They look uneasy and scared, glancing to the the wall behind them. In the background, around the corner of the wall Benny is hiding against, is Karamatsu. He's mostly shadowed, splattered in a bit of blood but his attention pulled from the off screen carnage and in the direction of Benny.
