My friend showed me this screenshot...
And my mind automatically went to this...
Happy Birthday Kar! X

Lifesigns, you mainly made my list because of the Black Jack reference. But you're still a really fun game, especially for $6. I wish the prequel was released here, I would have gladly purchased it.
Though I could have easily put the Black Jack game on here instead, but I forgot of its existence. Shun me if you must...
Day 2: Whats your favorite handheld HM game?
There’s several I really enjoyed over the years, but I think overall... I honestly like “Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns” best.
At least to me, Trio felt like an improved version of “More Friends of Mineral Town”, my previous favorite. It's really well-balanced for farming, side jobs, and the game’s main goals. I always planned out my route for the day, just like I did in MFoMT, so that I wouldn’t miss anyone I wanted to talk to and to avoid forgetting to visit a shop since you have three towns to visit!
It even has small elements of “Grand Bazaar”, where in this case it’s not mandatory in Trio, but if you befriend people who are friends or family with the bachelors and bachelorettes, you sometimes learn a little more about the character you’re pursuing. It makes the characters feel richer in personality and makes it seem like everyone in town actually do interacts with each other and have a relationship in some way.
Plus I couldn’t believe how many random events / friend events I would accidentally wander into simply because I befriended villagers I barely knew just by greeting them every day! Sometimes I would lose track of what I was originally doing, but the events usually were interesting or entertaining, so I didn’t mind.
One more nice touch, if you end up at someone’s home at the beginning of a meal, sometimes you’ll be invited to join the meal! It’s something I found cute, you hear a variety of topics and helps your character regain a little bit of energy if you don’t have any food on hand.
Glitching Fun: Part 1
(The sky is broken in the 1st and 3rd pics)
Day 5: So, what’s your favorite in game season?
I don’t really have a favorite... I suppose Spring or Summer since it’s more likely to rain (because who doesn’t love a rainy day to water your crops?)

Unless there's something I don't know about, Sable seems to have reset back to her previous reserved personality. I wonder if it has anything to do either the error/crash that happened last night while my friend and I were playing mini-games on the island (though I was using the QR code creator right after the error...)
I don't know. Unless this is supposed to happen in the game, I think I have to befriend Sable again.
*sigh* So impatient.
Edit: Oh thank god, she's not brushing me off anymore DX
I restarted my game about 2 times and she still didn't like me, so either because I turned my 3DS off or because it was later in the day, Sable talked to me again. I was so happy...
I just generally like Sable since she reminds me of myself when I used to work at my old job, hiding in the back and avoid talking to people till you gradually get used to them and enjoy chatting with certain ones a little, when they come in.
(or more, or less, depending on how boring my answers are and how lazy I am).
Day 1: What’s your favorite console Harvest Moon game?
....It’s a toss up between “Magical Melody” and “Tree of Tranquility” (I would say “Animal Parade”, but I honestly haven’t played it yet! Like most of the console HM games!)
From what I recall, “Magical Melody” lacked actual heart events, though it was made up for with cute rival events and random events. I also found the idea of villagers moving in or leaving very interesting (though sad) and really enjoyed the festivals, but my favorite thing was the mini-game to retrieve the blue feather! It just felt like a really romantic idea to have to work to retrieve one instead of buying it.
With “Tree of Tranquility”, I really enjoyed the game’s main story.
I thought it was much more interesting than MM’s (though both have a similar idea), plus I ended up learning a lot more about Gill, making him feel like a much more developed character from the rest of the villagers, which lead me to marry him. (I honestly didn’t think I was going to marry him, I really disliked his spring outfit when the game was announced and thought he looked like a snob, lol. I originally was going after Jin or Toby!)
I also really liked the introduction of having a side job in the game, but.. I almost never had to farm, just the bare minimum, mainly to just eat or give gifts. It also took away the challenge of wooing Gill and I was married in 2 seasons! That’s a record for me!
And though you still have to look for the blue feather in this game, it wasn’t nearly as challenging as it was in MM.
