To me, Alastor AND Rosie are aromantic. They are just on complete opposite spectrums

Rosie: romance-favourable. She lives for the tea. She wants to hear all about how the fourth husband treats you so much better than the first and especially better than the second husband.

Alastor: romance-repulsed. Wishes to be anywhere else when relationships are discussed, or to dissociate right then and there. He has to keep it together and use willpower on 1000% capacity so to not kill anyone when someone flirts with him or even implies something. He took Charlie to Rosie partially so he wouldn't have to hear her ranting about her relationship problems anymore.

Examples of Bruce’s “Dad Strength” as witnessed by various Robins throughout the years:

can and will bodily pick up any new Robin and bail as soon as gunfire starts on patrol

one time Bruce got out, physically ripped off a broken part of the Batmobile, and threw it in the backseat so he and Jason could keep chasing someone in the Narrows

ran home with Nightwing over his shoulder when he got shot

frequently lifts sewer grates/manhole covers like they weigh nothing

does push-ups with Robins on his back for a challenge

held onto the side of a building with just his fingers for ten minutes once when Steph’s grapple line broke and he had to help her back up

pulls hot dishes from the oven without mitts sometimes for Alfred (insists scar tissue on his hands means he can’t feel it, nobody fully believes him)

Damian swears he saw him kick a tree down once during training. A big tree.

Dick frequently catches him unscrewing screws in his prototypes with his bare fingers

I got myself Aseprite and figured out how to make a sprite sheet! Super cool, gotta use it more~

Also went back to my roots and drew Danny after binging loads of DP/Batman fanfics which had me feeling nostalgic!

Idea: Danny, as Ghost King, has now lived for millennia. He’s seen civilizations rise and fall, stars collapse and solar systems be eaten by black holes. Despite this, he stopped maturing at 20. As a result, he gets bored easily, especially since he found a way to restructure the Infinite Realms to be a lot less reliant on one person.

So he explores. Perhaps he’s seen everything from his dimension, but what about others? In what ways could they be different? So he looks. Sometimes, there is no Earth. Sometimes it’s completely different. Sometimes it’s exactly the same. He just left one that was completely futuristic, but this new one? It had heroes.

Heroes! Just like he was, once! Oh, that brings him back. They’re so cute, so small, but- No, no, just because he’s stronger than them doesn’t mean they’re weak. Actually, it’s quite impressive how much they manage to accomplish. They even have their own little group dedicated to saving the world from what they deem threats.

Maybe Danny could join. It’s been a long time since he’s had a vacation. It would be fun. Plus, who would say no to more help?

(The Justice League was in a panic. Every single member who was magically inclined felt something arrive, something that felt like death and life and balance and strength all at once. It would feel safe if it wasn’t strong enough to practically suffocate them. No, they needed to plan, so that this wouldn’t end up a possible Darkseid scenario.)

"Nature and Nurture" is so good! Deaged Bruce (memories retained or not) is always fun ! After reading that fic plus the two deaged fics by SolaceInSpace ('the Hundred day curse' and 'Young prince', highly reccomend if u perchance havent heard of them) ive been craving more of the trope

Hmmm, I don't have a lot of de-aged Bruce fics, which is something I need to fix. In the mean time, here are a few that I've read and really enjoyed! Hope you enjoy them too!

"Whatcha Got There?" "A Smoothie." Colourized. by TheWitchBoy @klarion-the-witch-boy - Batfam, complete. Bruce gets de-aged while on patrol. All the batkids deal with it. Many cute (and embarrassing) pictures are taken. Shenanigans ensue :)

A History of Wayne Manor by Sparkypants @sparkypantaloons - Batfam, complete. A spell causes everyone in the Batfam, except Damian and Cass, to de-age into kids. The only way to reverse it is for Damian to learn how to play.

sweet artemis is fickle, just be patient with her by Tatsumaki_sama - Superbat, complete. A female Bruce AU, part of The Odyssey of Bryce Wayne series. Bryce gets de-aged and takes a liking to everyone in the Justice League, but acts shy around Clark. He's a bit sad about this. Adorable shenanigans ensue.
