I can't describe how much I love abandoned buildings and I wanted this one to be very ghostly looking, but in the end I couldn't resist stylizing it a bit more 🏭

I don’t know about you but i know i’m seriously fucked when i see characters interacting and they hit jackpot of almost every, if not all, kinds of dynamics where:

“i have strong feelings toward you but i know once i am able to touch and hold you i won’t know what i should do with these hands when you’re away”

the sun and the moon

the moon and the sea

the sun and the well-loved, dying sunflower

“i’d do anything for you” | “then live for me / live with me”

“i’d kill/die for you. say the word and i’ll do it in a heartbeat” | “no”

“i don’t know where else to go to” | (visibly angry) “who did this to you?”

[in life or death situation] “are you okay? are you hurt?” | “i should be the one asking you that! you’re the one who took the fall for me / who’s bleeding to protect me!”

Basically the all-powerful and capable, and their absolute weakness (still in denial sometimes)

the “what you did is very wrong but everyone deserves a second chance” and the “you’re lucky i took an oath to them (specifically) to not end you / make your life a living nightmare”

“please hesitate” | “i won’t hesitate ever”

the “i am not asking for your permission, don’t come with me” self-sacrificing and reckless dumbass, and their “someone has to watch your back while you’re being stupid. someone more clever and probably in the brink of having a heart attack the moment you take step out there: me”

“everyone looks up to them” | “hard not to when they’re that tall/big tbh”

the brat and the brat-tamer who probably has stiff joints and is grumpy or calmer than the brat most the time

I have an idea in my head for a t4t Zelink AU where, upon realizing they're both trans, instead of either of them coming out, they just switch places. Like, Link becomes Princess Zelda and Zelda becomes Link, Swordman of Legend. Except, of course, Link's real bad at being a monarch and Zelda is not the best with a sword but they make it work, because Link is incredibly personable and Zelda's destructive capabilities would only be help back by a sword.

So when Ganon finally shows up in this AU he's completely taken off guard when the princess, instead of engaging in a magical duel just charges at him with whatever the closest weapon happens to be, in this case, a steel chair (aka the royal throne) and when Ganon goes "okay at least I know that Links going to sword duel me" he's in no way ready for "hey I spent a gap year becoming a ninja and also built a laser canon"

Dreamworks has the best couples/relationships ever. The thing I've always admired about their couples is how mature and well-developed their relationship is. How one respects everything about their partner, gives each other time to build trust, and also helps each other become the best versions of themselves. They rarely (or even never) say "I love you" to each other because their actions are powerful enough to evoke that.

Also: the characters individually are some of the most well-developed characters in animation (yeah, I said it).

So yeah, these are just my thoughts. I just adore DW's characters and ships.
