This is my story in short, please share with me, I am a Type 1 Diabetic. I was diagnosed in February 2021 after being very sick and I weighed 88 lbs. For the last two and a half years I have had to inject insulin 4+ times for day every day, to stay within my blood glucose level.
In December 2022 I was hospitalized and had to have emergency surgery where I had to stay at home for the entire period of my illness without working, and I also had DKA aka Diabetic ketoacidosis is a serious complication of diabetes that occurs when your body produces high levels of blood acids called ketones.
Diabetic ketoacidosis develops when your body cannot produce enough insulin. Insulin normally plays an important role in helping sugar (glucose), the main source of energy for your muscles and other tissues, enter your cells. Without enough insulin, your body begins to break down fat as an alternative fuel. This process produces a buildup of toxic acids in the bloodstream called ketones, eventually leading to diabetic ketoacidosis if left untreated.
After a while, August 2024 I finally got to see an endocrinologist, who specializes in Type 1 Diabetes. Who told me that an insulin pump would be a good device for me?
Currently the device you see in the picture is the most needed to control my diabetes. I was recently approved for an insulin pump that will help me better control my diabetes. Although I am happy that I am approved the hardest part is coming up with the funds to pay for the pump and equipment.
A donation of any amount will be greatly appreciated even if you can't donate but if you share the story against friends It will help. Thanks to anyone and everyone who is willing to help.

I am still low in my campaign. ❣️❣️
It seems that the preview is different the what is written on the page, having a different font, with the preview text being in italic, and the bolded letters being reversed.
Does the same happen to all of you with this page, or just me?
Today I both worked a lot, and procrastinated somewhat. So I decided to draw something that seemed simple, but more complex then just a tree branch or a leaf. So I tried to draw a spider. And I did it in a hurry. And now that I looked, I am not happy with the coloration I gave it. Well, here is to tomorrow.
I feel like "trump wants to throw away literal dinosaur fossils" would really turn heads if we actually had a functional opposition party in this country to get messages out, but I guess I'll just have to get a paint pen and write it on my car. fine, I'll do it.
As a Romanian, I feel the same.
I'm sorry to all my American friends and followers who are going through the pit of despair right now. I am too, because i feel like a fundamental part of my worldview is gone.
WHAT DO YOU FUCKING MEAN they thought a fucking brush fire drove one of my favorite organisms extinct only four fucking years ago but it was a false alarm!?!
I'm horrified it came close enough that anyone thought this happened. Why aren't they rushing to start breeding them in captivity in case the next fire is worse.
This is one of the reasons why I moved to Linux Mint.
I moved last October, and you all should do so too.
Also From Microsoft’s own FAQ: "Note that Recall does not perform content moderation. It will not hide information such as passwords or financial account numbers. 🤡
So...today I procrastinated a little, and so decided to draw something I though would be simpler. So I drew a tree. It is....what you would expect from an amateur like me. Still, it was a good exercise.
This AI art thing is becoming so harmful to artists, and not just in the obvious ways. I keep seeing videos of people picking apart art to prove that it’s AI. They point out mistakes that don’t make sense like incorrect folds or abstract backgrounds. While a lot of these are in fact AI, the mistakes they point out are mistakes real artists make too. Sometimes I don’t draw correct folds or anatomy. Or I make a decision that doesn’t reflect reality because it looks better.
As AI art becomes more and more indistinguishable from real art, artists aren’t allowed to make mistakes or take creative liberties that “don’t make sense” anymore. It completely discourages learning. We’re now being told that computers can make mistakes, but humans can’t. It’s not just our jobs or our art being stolen, it’s our humanity too.
Yeah, I hope that good things start to happen too.
good things will happen 🧿
