I've been drawing my whole life basically and one thing that surely helps is using references for what you want to draw (animals, humans, still life etc). I personally like to draw more humans, I think it's more organic (?).

If you have any hyperfocus GO FOR IT, it helps improving your art (spent like 8 months drawing the same character and yes it helps). Despite that I like to watch SamDoesArt and Likelihood Art both on youtube!

You guys are the real MVPs!!! Because a fanfic could’ve not been updated in years and as soon as it gets a new chapter, I’m running to read it!! 🏃🏿‍♀️

I don't think fic writers know how much they matter

Do you know how many times you distracted me when I was hurt or lonely? Do you know how many times a line or a scene from fanfic marked me so much that I remembered years later, even though I can’t recall my own phone number? 

Even if the fic isn’t perfect or popular or multi-chaptered… Sometimes there’s just one sentence that changed me.

You, miles and miles away, changed me.

These are all oneshots, and most of them are from livejournal circa 2006-ish (with the exception of the last one). I didn’t really feel like wading through the mountains of crap on fanfiction.net ahaha someone braver than I will have to do that. All of these are rated T or lower and there’s no real warnings that apply to any of them. Sorry for the lack of smut but there’s enough fluff in some of these to give a carebear cavities so.
