what if omegaverse scents were based off of where your ancestors lived, and omegaverse ancestors developed their own regional scents based off the plants and smells around them?

like imagine an omega that had such an elusive scent and that people's thoughts of them varied so much, ranging from sweet to some people saying that they smelled like a dumpster, regardless of the omega's emotions at the time.

what if they felt insecure about their scent and used scent blockers to hide it because of how much people tended to hate it and find it confusing.

then they took a trip to southeast asia and learned that they smelled like durian and that their great-grandma was indonesian.
