Shouting, crying, and sleeping because of the television together. 

Running your fingers through their hair, wondering how you got so lucky. 

Playing with the wedding ring on their finger. 

Breakfast in bed, prepared by one for the other.

^ Cannot look because they are half-undressed. 

Where one’s showering, and the other’s getting ready for the day, chatting. 

^ “You slapped me in the face while sleeping.” “Wha—I did not!!” 

Hugging their pillow when they’re gone, now unaccustomed to their absence. 

The sun rising over the horizon as they chat through the night. 

Waking up with their hair in your mouth. 

“Tell me. What did you dream about last night?” 

Spraying their cologne on your wrists. 

Little hobbies together: sewing, crochet, reading, gaming, those kinds of things. 

Quietly listening to them spout off about their favorite thing, and smiling all the way through at their enthusiasm. 

Either teaming against your in-laws in mutual disgruntlement, or loving your in-laws in mutual adoration. There is no in-between. 

Waking up and realizing your SO is sleeping upside down. This is common for them, apparently. 

“Can’t we just order takeout.” “...Fine.”

Mid-work Coffee deliveries. 

“I’m going to bed.  Do NOT stay up all night.” “...Hmm.”

of course astarion gets mad early game when you do nice things for no reason. can you imagine getting out of the hell he was in and discovering that the world is awash in kindness, just never for you? the gods do answer prayers, just never your's. people go on long, dangerous quests for strangers with no reward guaranteed, but you just never saw those people. now that youve already done the impossible and escaped, you can see that rivers of sympathy and compassion flow all over but for some reason they always dried out before they reached you. where was all this good in the world when you needed it most?

DANCING GUY!! by Talbot (4yrs old)

I ran some animation workshops with kids at the State Library earlier this month. When I showed the results to my kids, Talbot wanted to have a go.
