It's "The Last Ronin Becomes a Discord Admin" by MelonPalooza
I need help. There was this TMNT fanfic where Mikey — from The Last Ronin — finds Donnie’s computer and opens it, discovering a Discord chat where multiple alternate versions of themselves and their brothers are talking. At first, he doesn’t believe them, but over time, he starts to.
Basically, his Donnie had created this chat years ago, and as the story unfolds, Mikey finds out it was because Donnie didn’t want him to be alone after his death. The other turtles go a long time without realizing that Mikey’s brothers are dead, but eventually, they find out.
The fic was formatted just like an actual Discord chat, where you scrolled down to see more messages. It was really well done and super cute. It was part of a series, and all the other fics in that series were connected to the main one. It’s an AO3 fanfic and includes almost, if not all, versions of the turtles. It was really fun, and I used to read it a lot, but I lost it after wiping my phone’s memory and haven’t been able to find it again.

Omg one time when I was working at my job, I heard Last Christmas being sung by Jimmy Eats World. I thought it was fine at first, and then he started singing, and I cringed so hard when I heard him lowering the notes at "but the very next day", instead of at "you gave it away". It makes it sound awkward when he sings the rest of the verse.

So today's my birthday, and I went to this restaurant to eat dinner with my family. While we were having cake afterwards, this guy who was there making balloon animals asked my sister and I if we wanted bracelets. We said yes, and he started on mine, and after twisting it into shape and writing on it with a marker, he handed me this:
I instantly got excited when I realized that it reminds me of baby turtle Leo.
Unfortunately I don't have any red markers, otherwise I would put some on my balloon animal.
