My headcanon is Senku having the perfect memory.

He spent all his petrification to count. But also I imagine him made a mental palace that looks like a library, where he re-read all the books he already read during his life.

A giant counter on the wall in front his reading table.

I've talked once before about how Xeno needs Stan yet holds him back, but today I want to look at how much Stan's presence is also a detriment to Xeno and how his dependence on him leads to aggressive and (frankly) self destructive behavior.

Stanley is very put together, strategic, and calm until Xeno is taken away from him. While everyone else understood that Xeno wasn't in any real danger, and Stan out of everyone knew the connection of mentor / mentee guaranteed a safe and even healthy and stimulating environment for Xeno, he still snapped.

He immediately lost composure and fell for the stupid medusa trick, letting them pass unharmed. He made brash decisions when trying to take Xeno back, and eventually lashed out and murdered everyone with more force and violence than necessary to get him back.

Because of all this, I always see Xeno as an anchoring stone for Stan. And I like to imagine that they both see Stan as an emotional anchor for Xeno, even though, historically, he very much is not

Stan allows Xeno to tip into the dictator mindset and feeds into that wish. He would kill anyone who gets in his way and will hold Xeno on a pedestal, away from everyone who has hurt or undermined him, only further allowing the detrimental mindset of "us vs them" to grow and separate him more. Honestly, Stan doesn't notice it, but his presence in Xeno’s life is largely a bad thing. Instead of letting Xeno vent his frustrations in a healthy way, then return to humanity as a part of it, he allows the disillusion of being the only person able to lead the world to fester in his mind. Stanley is an enabler of sorts, allowing Xeno to check out from reality and from the consequences of his actions.

It isn't until Xeno is forced to live without him and strike his own balance in the KOS that his mentality changes. He softens again, finds faith and hope in humanity and creates lasting relationships with others who value science and truth just like him.

This is further proven when the people he's closest to in the Kingdom of Science go missing and he immediately starts to revert back to the mentality of "us vs them" when dealing with others. That same mentality crept up when he addressed the scientific committee and it was GEN who stopped and calmed him where Stan was content to stand back and allow his brash action to continue.

Their relationship can be seen as fairly simple and straight forward, even sweet at first glance. But the more one looks at it, the more layers of toxicity reveal themselves. There's always something new to focus on.

A/n: I just wanted to write this idea out but anyone is welcome to expand on it!

After Senku agrees to be Luna's boyfriend, Luna is at Bar Francois complaining about how nothing has changed.

"Because obviously nobody'd ever be that outta line...right?"

Luna learns that Senku is that outta line. Leaning how he got married for the sake of science and even being a divorcé.

But it's what Yuzuriha says that Luna's obsession begins with you.

"It also doesn't help that he's fresh out of a relationship as well..."

Suddenly Luna is trying to wring as much information out of them.

Learning your name, how you look, how'd you met Senku, how long you were dating, but what she couldn't figure out is why the both of you split. Which of the two broke things off? She begins her investigation.

Suddenly she looking at the passengers of the ship and trying to figure out which one of them is you.

It doesn't take much because there you were standing beside Senku.

She spys on you both. Watching as you joke with each other, the distance between the two of you becoming non-exsistent.

How is that you got this version of Senku? Why isn't he likes this with her?

How do you get him to touch you so casually? His hands lingering on your back while you show him blue prints of your newest creation. There was no space between the two of you.

How do you get him to be so vulnerable. A soft smile as he listens to you. Complimenting your mind and your ideas.

Why did the two of you break things off when it's clear you still love each other?

Her attention is now on you. She begins to follow you. Studies you. Learns more about you. Wrings more information from your friends. Why you and not her?

Basically through Luna's perspective she notices that you two never moved on from each other.

Dr.Stone : Science Future -> episode 11

I’ve thought a lot about this bc of how much I’ve analyzed the credits, so pls ignore the rant lol.

The straightforward definitions are Casanova meaning a harem man, or a man how loves/charms many women, and Posse as a group of people, typically with a similarity. This means the phrase Casanova posse generally means a group of harem men lol.

This doesn’t immediately make sense in context of the song and the arc, but I think the true meaning was lost in translation(along with much of the English lyrics). I believe the phrase is meant to refer to a group of loving/caring people.

For example, the opening song lyrics talk about changing times, freedom, determination, and creating new things. Then in the end chorus it switches to “Save me” and “I won’t let you down” and “smile and resist”. In general I believe the Casanova posse is supposed to reference the KOS and how they’re loving and caring people despite the odds they face.

(I’m getting a little deep here but bear with me)

Like the battle of Dr stone has gone from Science vs. Might to Science vs. Science. The current difference is the goals of the teams. Zeno wants to rule the masses with an iron will, and doesn’t care much for people outside of his circle. Zeno uses science for personal gain, which is one of the main motivators for invention.

By contrast, the KOS is exactly the opposite. They embody inventing to help others, science for everybody. Senkuu heals Ruri. Forgives Tsukasa, Hyoga, Moz, etc. He cares for everybody, wants to revive all of humanity.

With this in mind, the KOS is a caring group. They may be a bunch of scrappy teens, but they care for people and work together despite the obstacles. So I think the label fits pretty well, disregarding the translation lol.

Asagiri Gen is the character ever, he’s vaguely evil but nobody gives a shit so he just gave up. Has the strength of a house cat (canon) Threatening but nobody takes him seriously cuz he’s just such a goober. Left the bad guys in order to join the good guys, just to get absolutely bullied by everybody. Pathetic wet cat of a man, the buff old guy loves him for reasons that are completely unknown to everyone (canon). One of the smartest characters in the show, risked it all for a coke. Magnificent.

I haven't released the fic yet, but here's another little thing for Senku and the OC I wrote for him

The first time Senku sees her, it's a picture swiped from a picture frame she claims no one will notice missing. It's a group photo, and her letter challenges him to guess which one of the four girls she was.

He picks her out instantly.

He doesn't know too much about her yet at this point, but from what little he does know, he's certain the girl who looks like she sleeps far less than was healthy was his Odie.

When he sends his response, along with a photocopy of the picture with her face circled in bright red marker, he makes the point to tell her that she should take more naps, joking that she looked worse than he did after staying up all night working on his rocket.

Hard to do when there's so much noise in my house.

He doesn't quite understand what that means until a few months later, during one of their first phone calls.

Dreams about fanfictions I havent thought of or written yet are a trip like what do you mean I could be writing a Dr. Stone fic where Senku had a pen pal in America that was supposed to be for a dumb English lesson in middle school but ended up vibing with enough to keep writing for the next few years? What do you mean he could have been planning on going out to meet her after he graduated and since the world got petrified has been so sure she's waiting for him in stone somewhere and how that kinda hurts a lot so let's just not think about it and focus on saving the world with science except oops now we're here and what do you mean she's unpetrified and has been trying to get to Japan to save him this whole time?

Anyway if anyone needs me for the next 6-10 business weeks I'll be drowning in my own emotions over a super nerd and his oc girlfriend.
