its really nice to see someone talking about this, i think its so important since just the other day my younger brother (a self identified gamer) ,when i was gonna change a game in easy mode since i couldn’t beat a battle, asked why that existed since its “cheating” and i realized that most people don't understand playing games isn’t supposed to be incredibly stressful and unfun. video games should be able to adjust to your abilities so everyone can have fun.
I also really like how minecraft has those sound captions and the arrows showing where they’re coming from. It makes minecraft one of the few games I can play without being paranoid if the sound are coming from the game or not.
also heres some hot takes for accessibility features that i feel should be in every game no matter what
interchangeable one handed controls (yes, even directional input)
all captions, including sounds ("[pig oinks]" etc)
high and low contrast modes
easy mode.

if you want to get soap, toothpaste, face wash, lotion, etc. but the smell is overwhelming then i’d recommend getting whatever says “doctor recommended/approved”. i know lots of things say that but i mean try to look for the most medical, made-for-people-with-health-conditions, type of stuff. brands that your doctor would recommend to you.
those typically have a less strong scents or an option for unscented, and they’re typically pretty good for skin! they can also help if you’re feeling overwhelmed with all the choices (especially with skincare or makeup) so you know which brands might work best! also don’t be afraid to use kids or babies brands. they’re made for super sensitive skin/teeth so will most likely not be overwhelming :))
hope this helps :))) /gen
