Within any canon or AU, Sasuke finds comfort only with any member of Taka. I suppose that, perhaps, he mostly finds comfort with Jugo and Suigetsu’s company because Karin ‘can be a real freak’ as Suigetsu would label her. But for the majority, Sasuke can lean on them as someone to be near at social gatherings because Taka is not just a group of weirdoes, they are the weirdoes Sasuke chose.

Spoilers for John Wick 3 and it’s beautiful writing vs Jon Snow in the series finale of GoT (John Wick vs Jon Snow)
Just finished the movie and WOW.
THAT is how you make a likable person the villain. Take note D&D.
.
.
Winston. Oh Winston. Smart. But not very smart to betray John.
John Wick has more honor and a better brain that Jon Snow. John Wick is excommunicated by the High Table and the Continental, rendering all services useless to him. John travels to the one man that the High Table listens to. His task to go back in good graces? Murder Winston. The father figure to John and the man that has made his survival possible via pushing his death back one hour.
Tasked with great mental fortitude but distraught and doubt in his heart, John travels to the continental and meets Winston face to face. Winston, the clever man that he is, correctly deduces that the All Father, the man that is above the High Table, has ordered his assassination for his defiance against the High Table. He offers John a choice. Kill him(Winston) and live but remain in servitude to the High Table forever. Or help him and help Winston win his rebellion to live once again as a free man. John chooses Winston, of course, because John has experienced love ever since he met his wife. And he holds love for Winston for all that Winston has done for him. This proves to be the wrong choice as Winston was playing him and was merely using John as an example that Winston still held strength and would later have John as his fall man.
.
Now, in a week where I have seen two betrayals/villain turns. I should have been angry. Daenerys’ butcher ran through my mind and I felt as if I should have expressed nothing but anger.
Except…I didn’t. The betrayal from Winston was never out of place. Winston turning on Jon was something that actually made sense. Since John Wick 2, it’s been heavily foreshadowed that the High Table rules all. But as I’ve said before and as I’ll say again. “Foreshadowing is not character development”. And that holds true here as well. We actually see it. We see the power the High Table holds and it’s influence. How many elite men they could spare on their FIRST assault against Winston. Meanwhile, Winston’s forced have been reduced with only John and Charon remaining. Winston’s whole plan made sense. Everything was calculated to perfection. Disguise his weakness with John’s strength and and later turn on John to show his fealty.
And John Wick? He chose the love he had for Winston and ended up the loser. Winston realized there could only be one left alive after the entire ordeal and he chose himself (as expected of any assassin). But John’s choice cannot be faulted. He’s been out of the loop for 5 years. The bloodshed and havoc he’s wreaked has been in a span of 2 weeks. He doesn’t know the Continental. And he was blinded for the favoritism that Winston showed him. In the end, John’s eyes were opened wide to what Winston truly was. And in John Wick 4, we will see the true effect of John’s rage.
.
Now after all that. Surely I can stomach Jon’s decision to kill Daenerys much more, right?
Winston was always a ruthless man but his partiality to John blinded John to who Winston really was. Daenerys did nothing but good for her people and one act of rage somehow convinced Jon Snow she needed to be put down?
John Wick 3 was BEAUTIFUL. Another parallel/foreshadowing? Something John Wick did better than D&D? Telling us that John would kill Winston. No, I’m not talking about when he’s tasked with killin Winston. I’m talking earlier in the film, when he meets with Sofia(Halle Barry) and she tells him “Sometimes you have to kill the thing you love”. And that’s it! No dramatic pan on his face. John doesn’t suddenly go to Winston and put a cap in his ass. No! You forget about the line. You think it’s just some tragedy of Sofia’s character and move on. John struggles with himself internally and it isn’t until Winston’s betrayal and the roll credits of the movie that you remember! That you say to yourself “John has to kill Winston for what Winston did. No matter all the good that Winston’s done for him, this is something that John can’t forgive.” Versus Game of Thrones with Tyrion, “Yeah bro, love is the death of duty buuuut sometimes DutY iS ThE DeaTh oF LovE” right before Jon kills Daenerys. Like lol, did you think we’d be surprised? That people wouldn’t expect that shit when you put that literally the scene before? LMAO
THAT is how Jon should’ve killed Daenerys. The emotional turmoil is what Jon should have gone through. The decision to choose Winston(Daenerys) and only when Winston fucked over John(Jon) is it when John(Jon) decides to kill Winston(Daenerys) because he has to pay. Daenerys(Winston) even said “rule with me”. She could have been saved. She NEEDED to be saved. But Jon chose to butcher her while John chose to believe.
Freaking finally
I feel like the only one who’s loved Gabe since the beginning. He must be protected at all costs.

Quick sloppy drawin before work
my friend and i are huge fans of your work ans she wants me to ask you this, how would james react to seeing his crush in an abusive realationship with her bf? like hitting and cheating. l Thank you!
Awe hi to you and your friend!! Thank you so much for reading my stuff :) ❤️
You know how James reacted to Clementine in the cave in episode 4? How aggressive he got with Clem? That’s how he would act. First, privately, he would ask them if they’re okay. “Are you happy?” He’d ask, knowing something felt off. When they tensely said yes, he would ease off, but not a lot. The moment he saw their partner lay hands on them, he’d take action. He slam in their knees and force them to the ground, pushing his boot onto their chest, keeping them down. “You’re sick.” He would spit. “Don’t you ever lay your hands on them again.” He’d force his boot down harder. “If you do, I won’t go this ease on you.” He’d force his boot down as far as possible as he turned away, gathering his crush protectively in their arms and whisking them away. At all times, he stayed beside them. He’d keep a hand on their back, or in their own palm guiding them everywhere they went, helping ensure they felt safe.
Do you think the rift in EMA will drive Armin and Mikasa apart too? Going by this last chapter where they were shown together and she jumped to save him I like to think not. I don’t want Isayama to make it seem that the only thing holding them together was Eren when I think Mikasa and Armin care deeply for each other too.
No I really don’t think the budding conflict with Eren will drive Mikasa and Armin apart. Mainly because:
1) Mikasa isn’t a stonewall to reason. She was disturbed by what Eren had done in Marley; she seems to be absorbing the concerns of everyone around her and acknowledging that yes, her beloved Eren could in fact be a bit of a problem. Eren was her beauty in the cruel world but I think it’s clear she’s starting to see his less-beautiful edges.
2) Mikasa trusts Armins judgement. Alot. That was spelt out for us in Trost; we saw it in RtS. Not only that, but she trusts his judgement even when it comes to non-life threatening situations. I mean, just look at these two panels:
These are from the courtroom scene post Trost and from chapter 105. In neither scenario is Mikasa resisting Armin. Even in the courtroom scene, back when Mikasa was venomous over keeping Eren safe, she still held back when Armin advised her too. The moment in 105 was much more muted but again, Mikasa isn’t resisting him. She knows Eren dragged them into a shit scenario. She’s aware of the fact that hey, maybe now isn’t the time to stop Levi from kicking him. He broke military order, he broke their trust. From the perspective of the SC, of which Mikasa is a part of, Eren fucked up.
What I’m trying to say is I can’t see Mikasa distancing herself from/fighting/turning against Armin if he were to determine Eren couldn’t be trusted. She’d obviously feel conflicted and heart broken as all hell. She might even continue to try to stand by Eren anyway. But I couldn’t see her harboring hostile feelings toward Armin because she’d know whatever he decided was probably right. Like I said, she isn’t blind to what’s happened in Marley and what’s happening in Paradis as a result of Eren. On top of that she’s spent almost her entire life trusting Armins judgement.
I’m going to insert two disclaimers here. One is that I don’t actually think Armin will determine Eren can’t be trusted. I think the whole talk between the three of them is going to be far more complicated than that. I don’t even think it’ll end in them “breaking up.” But that’s for another meta (lol).
Two is that none of this is meant to be me making a call on Eren. He’s obviously got a plan and the Paradis situation is desperate as hell. We don’t know exactly what he’s thinking at the moment but I can understand the logic he presented in 106-108. They’re running out of time, Marley/the world probably won’t understand or want to cooperate so long as the Eldians can still transform into monsters, etc. etc.
But bottom line is that for the SC, Eren is problematic at the moment. Mikasa has seen it with her own eyes. She trusts that Big Ol’ Brain of Armins. All of that tells me that she won’t turn on Armin if he makes what’s likely to be a rational call on Eren.
