My god, this is beautifull

Idk if anyone has asked you this, but how do you think sakura and karin became good friends despite liking the same person? I like how karin and sakura shares a bond but i can never wrap my mind on how.

A while ago, someone had made an absolutely brilliant doujinshi regarding Sakura’s time in labour, and how she and Karin became good friends. It was literally like that person invaded my mind and stole all my thoughts, lol. I agreed completely with it, but unfortunately it was taken down.

Luckily, since the doujinshi was basically a physical manifestation of my own thoughts on the matter, I can recount it perfectly :)

This is MY headcanon for it

(Because that doujinshi basically stole all of my ideas!)

Basically, after Sasuke and Sakura arrived at Karin’s hideout, she was surprised that they had chosen to go to her instead of the local doctors at any of the villages they had visited. Sasuke justified his decision by saying how he knew and trusted Karin, and would rather rely on the help of an ally then a random stranger for a matter as important as this. Karin was a little flustered and taken aback by this, but she quickly regained her composure, and said that in that case, it couldn’t be helped, in a rather tsundere-like manner.

After a while of Sakura resting in a bed, Karin would come and check on her, to ask her a few questions to see how far along she was in the labour process. Eventually, Sakura would interrupt and ask Karin whether or not she still loved Sasuke. Karin would initially deny it and act as though she didn’t know what Sakura was talking about, but Sakura would insist that it was obvious; the way she looked at Sasuke said it all. Sakura would then ask why Karin never confessed to him? Because if it had been her, she wouldn’t have been able to keep it a secret from him for all these years.

Karin would then concede, and in a defiant manner, she would ask why it mattered? Sakura’s feelings were the ones that had gotten through to Sasuke in the end; Sasuke had chosen Sakura, and she could tell that he was happy:

Karin was glad that Sasuke had found someone who loved as him as deeply as Sakura did, but she also revealed that she couldn’t help but feel a little envious. She would have given anything for Sasuke to look and smile at her the way that he does with Sakura. After all, it’s what she had originally wanted:

But Karin would reiterate that nothing can be done about it, Sasuke had made his choice, and Karin felt as though she subsequently had no alternative but to discard her feelings for him.

But Sakura interjects. She tells Karin that the first two times she confessed to Sasuke, whether or not he felt the same way had never been a fear of hers; she just wanted to let him know that he wasn’t alone, and that someone truly loved him. Sakura would then go on to state that just because she was his wife doesn’t mean that Karin automatically became nothing to Sasuke; the fact that he could have chosen any amazing doctor in the world, but he came to seek her aid should have indicated that, but Sakura would continue. She mentions to Karin how it was her who was by Sasuke’s side while he was at his at rock bottom; while he was so engulfed in darkness and hatred that he became unrecognisable, and Sakura reveals to her how grateful she was that Karin looked after Sasuke all that time, stayed by his side even though it pained her to see him that way. She tells Karin that she may be his wife, but the bond Karin formed with Sasuke will never disappear; she’ll always be an important person to Sasuke, and would like to also consider her a friend:

Karin was very moved by Sakura’s words, and after a little while, she would begin to smile as tears formed in her eyes. Sakura would ask if she was okay, and Karin would say:

“You know, Sasuke was right. You really are annoying. Just when I thought I had found the resolve to finally let go, you drag me back in…”.

Sakura smiled at this, and said that she would love for Karin to be her child’s godmother, and was sure that Sasuke would approve as well.

After Sakura had just given birth, Karin would congratulate them on a healthy baby girl, and would look on with a sad smile at the happy family in front of her:

But after a little while, Sasuke would ask Karin to hold baby Sarada. Karin would comically hesitate, but after looking at Sakura, who just silently smiled and nodded in approval, she’d carefully take Sarada into her arms. Sasuke would then genuinely thank Karin for her aid, and would display to her that elusive smile that she had wanted to see for all these years:

And after realising that Sasuke’s smile was indeed directed at her, Karin was left at a loss for words, and was just frozen in place for a moment:

But she soon regained her composure, and jokingly warned Sasuke to not do anything to make Sakura unhappy. Sasuke only smirked at this, and Karin smiled to herself as she went back to making funny faces at baby Sarada.

As Sasuke and Sakura were about to depart with their new companion, Karin would privately tell Sakura to please take care of Sasuke. He had gone through so many hardships in his life, and he deserves some measure of happiness in return, which had become apparent that he had finally found with her. Sakura would then reassure Karin that she would do everything in her power to make Sasuke happy. Karin could see the sincerity of her words, and would tell Sakura that she was glad Sasuke had someone like Sakura in his life. She would then wish the two of them all the best as they headed back towards Konoha. As she watched them leave, Karin would quietly whisper to herself the three words that she had never been able to say to Sasuke directly, but was sure that he knew how she felt anyway…

As Sasuke and Sakura slowly faded from view, Karin would then make her way back inside, thinking about what she’d send Sarada for her first birthday.

Hello hello, thank you for your request! I accept any and all requests so yes, of course! Thanks for your patience, and I hope I did him well. This being my first attempt at an snk character here. Enjoy~

When Armin has a crush on someone, he tends to be a little more quiet when he’s around them in order to figure out as much about them as possible.

That and he didn’t want to say anything too crazy that would likely run you off. It seemed like the best strategy. He wouldn’t be mute per se, he would just dial down a little. It was great, so far, since —

He would learn more about you.

You would remain oblivious to his morally grey opinions.

He would be a good listener in your eyes. A safe place.

It was a total win-win-win if you asked him.

Unfortunately, while he’s busy concentrating all his efforts into winning you over and proving he was a good fit for you, he didn’t factor in certain people around him.

People like Eren.

“Why do you get so quiet around [Name]?”

Armin chokes on his soup, eyes widened in horror at Eren’s lack of tact, especially since you were sitting right there.

“W-w-what do you mean Eren?!” He mumbles softly, a panicked smile twitching on his face. “There isn’t anything going on!”

Eren blinks at Mikasa. “Hey, Mikasa, don’t you think so too?”

Mikasa, having secretly known about Armin’s crush on you, kindly shuts down the whole ordeal before you started to catch on.

“Eat your food before it gets cold, Eren.”

Armin shoots her a grateful look.

Since Eren was one of the biggest influencers of their group, it wasn’t long before the rest of them began to tease Armin about his crush on you, despite Eren still not figuring out what was going on.

Now that too many people knew, and it wouldn’t be long before you’d hear of it in passing, Armin decides you need to hear if from him first.

He doesn’t like how his days of admiring you from afar are over, but he couldn’t contain the excitement of finally knowing. He tells himself he doesn’t fear rejection, and that he doesn’t really deserve someone like you; equipping himself with that, he’s ready to approach you.

It was during one of your frequent chats that he confessed.

“I don’t know if you’ve heard about this yet but I’m in love with you.” Armin says with a serious expression.

“…. Huh?”

His expression falls. “Um, uh, was that a bit too forward? Or did you not hear what I said? I, uh,” his eyes dart around the room, as if what he wanted to say was hiding somewhere. “Ah, you know what, I’m sorry. Let’s just forget this happened, I’m sorry.”

“Armin.”

“Yes?”

“I’m going to kiss you.” You warn in a fit of giggles.

“Wait, WHA-”

To this day, you never lose an opportunity to remind him of the cute noise he made when you kissed him.

Or the even cuter noise when you told him you loved him too.

Your relationship with Armin was calm and secure. You knew this would be a lifelong commitment, however long your lives may be.

He wasn’t afraid to talk to you more, to tell you about his less than noble opinions, and he was reassured whenever you’d support him any chance you got.

The emotional bond is strong because he’d taken the time to get to know every facet of you, and you embraced every facet of him.

Intimacy though was a bit of a grey area. Armin would be nervously careful when it came to kissing the first time around, and then nervously aggressive when he’d ask to try again. It was really endearing though.

You’d have to lead first, but then he’d always snatch the reigns and finish it each time.

As soldiers, your duty was to serve the crown and protect humanity from extinction. Everyone had their own goals and agendas, but inevitably they’d have to fall in line.

Armin didn’t like you being caught up in this, but he didn’t want you away from him either. For someone as decisive as him, he’s really torn when it comes to you.

It takes time and a whole lot of it too until he’s comfortable with it.

You two don’t really go on dates given where you are in life, and it didn’t really matter to either of you since you’d already spend as much downtime together as possible.

He’d fuss over you though in the most overbearingly non-overbearing way.

If he’d have disagreements or arguements with you, he’d seek out his friends for advice, but not really follow their advice.

Eren would always say “Talk about it and don’t hold back”, and Mikasa would range between letting you be, and to just be there by your side. Sometimes he’d follow Mikasa’s advice, but usually, he’d just wanted to talk to them to vent.

He sees you in his future though. He doesn’t know what’s in store for him and you, the Survey Corps, humanity even, but he does know one thing — he’d want to explore the world with you too.

Do you know if anyone wrote a response fic to show!Sansa publicly talking about Bran's supposed inability to have children (with no apparent concern about his feelings, even if show!bran acts like he doesn't feel anymore, it was still rude of her) just to bolster her own position? I just want Bran to get his personality back since the NK is defeated (maybe being called Bran the Broken by Tyrion triggers a response), marry Meera and have a bunch of children, just to rub it in Sansa's face.

I can’t even think about all the bs that occurred in that episode, especially in regards to Sansa being continuously propped up as this genius and brilliant snarker when her “genius” only occurs because everyone else is made into an idiot rather than raising her intelligence to a new level, her constant rudeness is made “okay” retroactively because “well Dany turned out to be mAadd” so Sansa antagonizing everyone was just fine because she was “right”… later on, and her “snark” is literally just rude comments because telling people they’re stupid in the blandest terms ever and interrupting her own uncle who literally suffered through years of imprisonment and torture for her brother is both incredibly rude and a display of her complete lack of leadership skills (don’t get me started on cowering in the crypt and letting more vulnerable smallfolk be slaughtered before she gets talked into helping out or how she constantly takes credit for other peoples’ accomplishments and gets pissy when someone rightfully identifies that she didn’t do anything and when someone does try to be nice and tell her she did something she is, uh, rude. Or how her version of ‘ruling’ is encouraging the lords to be discontented and disobedient to their sovereign and occasionally looking like she does some counting and tells armorers how to do their own job and only actually talks about issues that affect other people when it’s a convenient but weak rhetorical device to deny hospitality to her sovereign who has come to save her butt) and after all that she spitefully throws in this assumption that Bran can’t have kids which was unasked for and unproven. I’ve probably ranted about how Bran should go have 200 bastards (and legitimize all of them) in revenge for Sansa’s comment which would also create Westeros’s biggest succession crisis. Oh and then she demands that she get to be a queen which is all very well and good since the North won’t exist anymore in about two days. That’s all it’ll take for Tormund to invade from the north and Yara from the west and she has no friends or support since she’s made such a big thing out of being a jerk to literally everyone and Bran’s response would probably be “Well hey sis you wanted your independence so why should I send my troops and food to help you, the queen of your independent northern kingdom? You made it pretty clear you hated it when Daenerys sacrificed her mission and her men and supplies to save northern butts before. I just assumed you would understand that this is what your version of independence results in.” 

Sorry I just needed to get all that off my chest.
