I Wrote A Book!

I wrote a book!

Hello! So for the better part of a year, I've been working on a science fiction book titled Artificial Intelligence, and it's been through beta reading after beta reading, edits, re-writes, and so much more, and it's finally published and available for purchase on Amazon. I'm so incredibly proud of this story, and I just wanted to share it. It's available in eBook form and a paperback physical book! Here's the link!

Thoughts about the WAIA

Honestly I would love to do more theorizing surrounding the WAIA but there’s not a lot of theorizing to do.

It’s pretty out in the open. I don’t think the FNAF connection is super lore-steeped; I think it’s just Mark poking fun at his King of FNAF status. What I do think is lore-steeped is the WAIA’s responses, which are super on-the-nose but not in an overbearing way. This is direct storytelling done right, and I think that Mark is extremely talented to be able to pull it off.

HUGE SPOILER WARNING FOR THE REST OF THIS POST.

In the “He said...potato salad?” video, the WAIA says:

“A man goes to a party. This man met an old friend. The two friends share some wine. The two friends played a game. The most dangerous game. I didn’t know the gun was loaded. I didn’t know.

Was it my fault? Was it?”

This got me so hard the first time I played through, and I picked “No.” I picked “No” because in my mind, Wil is not at fault for Actor Mark’s crimes. Wil is the victim of cruel manipulation and the entity in the House; he didn’t make a decision to kill Actor Mark. He wanted so badly to reconcile that he was willing to play “the most dangerous game” to get him back. And when it all went wrong, he couldn’t bear it.

What got me more than anything was the dialogue in “No.” :

“You can’t change the past. You can tell all the stories you want to tell; it won’t change what happened. You can’t rewrite the past; if you live in fantasy forever, you’ll lose yourself in the story.”

This just about made me cry, and when Wilf’s voiceover mentions that “he’s a perfect scan of my noggin,” it made it worse.

This is Wil’s thoughts untethered from the influence of the House and the breaks in time and space he continues to experience. This is Wil, as close to sane as he can get, and he’s just...accepting.

He knows he can’t change anything, and that becoming Wilford Warfstache, telling Wilford Warfstache’s story instead of his own, can’t fix it and instead means he’s slowly losing William Barnum.

Or maybe that he’s already lost him.

Sometimes some of the softer egos will steal the heated blankets if they aren’t feeling well or the power goes out during winter

I have a feeling that Wilford casually steals them all the time and buys him a new one every month or so to replace the ones he takes. lol

Who Killed Markiplier? Chapter 3 Update.

WELP LOOKS LIKE I WAS WRONG ABOUT THE EGOS NOT BEING INVOLVED! LOOKS LIKE WE MIGHT BE GETTING A BACKSTORY AFTER ALL!

Links to previous parts:

Chapter 1 theories

Chapter 2 theories

Extras: The Bedroom The Sound Clip

Let’s start with our new characters.

-Celine is an old friend of Mark, Damien, and the Colonel. All three of them appear to either have or have had feelings for her (given the way the Colonel says “Celine...” when he first sees her, Damien’s protectiveness, and the picture from the last part with Mark). Her interest in the occult and the supernatural is a newer development. Either that, or she’s been out of touch with Damien for a while, seeing as he doesn’t know about it. Her “eyes have been opened”, and she seems to want to do anything to get answers, even if it’s dangerous to her health or the health of the people around her.

-George the Groundskeeper has been at the manor for more than 15 years, and there was one incident 15 years ago that has stopped him from ever going in again (UNTIL IT HAPPENS AGAIN). He has served under several different masters (maybe the Colonel at some point?) and doesn’t seem to care at all about any of them. It seems very important to me to note that when he says “murder”, nothing happens.

Now let’s talk about the Seance we have with Celine:

-She hints at there being serious, unknown forces at work, and when the “trance” (for lack of a better word) starts, we hear a very familiar ringing.

-During the trance, we see, in order: the Colonel saying his “In my own home!” line, the Detective telling us the body is gone (and the panning shot to the Colonel on the balcony), the Mayor pondering what we’re celebrating, and George telling us that “employers come and go”.

-When it ends, we draw the groundskeeper (crudely) for Celine, which I think is the audio clip from yesterday (I knew it was a quill!).

-Whatever that trance was terrifies Damien and the Detective.

AND NOW, THE POSSESSION AT THE END:

-There’s a hugely familiar ringing around the whole event, and the glitching is red and blue. We all know exactly who that means is on the scene.

-Damien is nowhere to be found in the entire ending sequence, meanwhile the Colonel reappears after having been absent for most of the video. What is the room he’s coming out of? Is it really his room or is it Mark’s?

-”Somebody help me!” I think that was George, or the Detective, talking about closing the door, but I’m not entirely certain. It could have been Damien, asking for help with Celine.

I think I’m finally getting a sense for what happened, but I’m not sure I want to share it yet. I’ll probably do a masterpost of my final theory tomorrow, before the next part goes up. I might be going out tomorrow, so I probably won’t be around to live react to the finale, but rest assured, I’ll be there in the evening to sum up! Let me know what you guys are thinking, and talk to me! Who do you think did it? What do you think is happening? Why is Dark here, suddenly? Are we getting an Ego backstory?

This is so much fun!!! I’m so happy to be wrong about the Egos not being involved!!!

Broken (Demon!Dean from SPN Imagine)

Pairing: Dean/Reader

Rating: PG13

"No."

"Sam, I'm not a child. I can do this."

"No. You're not going in there."

"Well, why do you have to do it? What makes you more qualified than me?"

"I'm his brother."

"I'm his girlfriend. Have been for three years."

Sam sighed and looked down at his shuffling feet. The bunker was quiet, and felt almost suffocating today. There was a table covered in empty coffee mugs, and a dungeon that was all too full.

This was the third time you and Sam had had this debate, and you were determined to win, close to tears or not. When he finally looked up and nodded, you blinked.

"You're gonna let me do it?"

He gave a very weary smile. "Like you said, you're not a kid. And...Maybe you would be better."

He was nearly knocked over by the tight hug you gave him, and stroked your hair.

One... Two...

Breathe.

Three.

You slid the door open slowly, the creak and groan of metal filling the silence. Not looking up from the ground, you came into the room.

There was the sound of movement, a moment of surprised hesitation, then...a laugh. And it wasn't his laugh.

"I was wondering when Sammy would let you down here, (Y/N)."

You tried very hard not to wince at your name in that mocking tone, eyes still glued to the ground as you shut the door and went to the small silver table with the roll of syringes.

"Aw, you're gonna drug me up. Baby, that's adorable-"

"Don't call me baby." You could almost feel him smile; it made your skin crawl.

"Why not? You love it when I call you baby."

"I love when Dean calls me baby."

"I am Dean. Just-"

"You say a newer model and I'll punch you in the goddamn face." He chuckled.

You picked up a syringe, and a needle. Put the two together. Started to roll up your sleeve.

"You know you can't fix me, right?"

"Watch me."

"Well," he shuffled again, relaxing into the chair a bit, "you can make me human again, sure. But you can never fix me. I'll always be broken. I was when I met you, I was before I got the Mark, I was when I was human and had it. This is the closest to whole and happy I've ever been."

"Shut up." It was practically a whisper.

But he kept on, and the words hurt worse than the needle in your skin.

"See, now I'm not worried about anything. I don't care if Sammy dies, or Cas. I don't care if you die-"

"Shut. Up."

"-I wouldn't feel a bit of guilt, even with your blood on my hands. Actually, that'd be kinda fun. Chasing you around, hunting you down-"

You pulled the needle out sharply and stalked over to him, jabbing it in mercilessly. He hissed and fought, crying out as you pushed in the plunger and the blood flooded his system again. As you walked back over to the table, he began to scream.

"Why the hell are you even trying?! This won't work! It can't, and I don't want it to! Why does it matter what happens to me?!"

"Because I can't lose you, and I won't, even if I have to go to Hell and back again. Because Dean Winchester, I love you, and I won't stop until you're human or I'm dead."

As you walked out, you kept your eyes fixed on the door, trying desperately to ignore the tears blinding you at least until that door was shut behind you again. To your surprise, he said nothing else, and the only sound from him was heavy, ragged breathing.

You didn't look back as you shut the door, but if you had, you would have seen the demon staring at you, face slack with shock, frozen.

Just for a moment, right before the door closed, he moved forward, and opened his mouth as if to speak.

And there was a flash of green in those black eyes.

How He Moves (drabble)

Pairing: None

Rating: PG for angst

You caught yourself staring sometimes, as he worked. His back would tense up all funny if he got frustrated, his shoulders going all high and rigid. If he was in a really good mood, he'd be almost liquid, the way his shoulders' movements flowed smoothly across them, down his rail thin arms, into his wrists, then through his long, nimble fingers. Like a trickle of water, fast and exciting but not disconnected, however disconnected his thoughts were. If he were really excited, he was a blur, arms and hands and fingers everywhere, legs like jelly, sometimes even up on the console, helping him steer his beautiful ship. The positions he contorted himself into to fly this old girl! He was almost an acrobat.

But if he was sad...oh, if he was sad, and he too often was. His shoulders would fall. Not hunch forward comically, but fall, defeated. His movements became slow, mechanical, precise, emotionless. He'd stand without swaying, without movement that wasn't completely necessary, an unnatural stillness. He'd stroke the console, absently, forlornly, as if it were the only thing he had left in the entire universe. In some ways, you supposed, it was.

I’M SORRY WHAT?! ONE OF MY FAVORITE FAN CREATORS IS WORKING WITH SEAN TO MAKE CHARACTER CONTENT?! HOLY SHIT?!

YES OHMYGOD YES

YES OHMYGOD YES

Right so I just finished watching “Quit The Game To Win” (stupid busy work schedule), and I’m gonna be honest here, that is the most terrifying Anti footage we’ve ever gotten.

Why?

There’s no glitching. There’s no effect.

This version is realistic.

We called him the Glitch Bitch, so guess what? He’s dropped the trademark giveaways.

“Who do you think you’ve been watching all this time?”

How will we tell?
