Zutara Month Day 1: Reluctant Allies (but make it Tangled AU)

The au isn’t fully fleshed out, I just thought the characters dynamic in the film were reminiscent of zutara. However, people on twitter helped me come up with the idea that Zuko is a banished fire nation prince that ended up being a vigilante thief “Blue Spirit” in the Earth Kingdom.
