Just relax focus on black behind your eyes let thoughts pass and don’t focus on the dang thoughts just let them pass omg! don’t focus on your body or symptoms like just relax that’s the WHOLE POINT OF MEDITATION! then once you feel relaxed floaty and her nothing and are in a black space (or whatever your void looks like!) just affirm for your dream life or whatever you want and BOOM! and here’s a tip!
