Ayo does this one count too-🤭
May I introduce you to princess Katsuki getting caught / cradled / carried by his friends:
If I missed one it wasn't on purpose, I tried so hard to remember all these moments 😭
imagine when this asked, all might saying "if you are gonna do it, do it with more than a lead pipe kid."
also COMPLETELY unrelated but when people talk abt stuff like quirkless vigilante izuku and whether toshi would be for or against it (generally they paint him as against it because it's usually an all might bashing dadzawa fic COUGHS who said that) i feel like people miss the obvious
girl he WAS that quirkless vigilante. anything he'd say about that would come from a place of having tried to BE that quirkless vigilante at FOURTEEN YEARS OLD. not get into ua. not get mentored. toshi's goal was to STOP CRIME with a LEAD PIPE and NO QUIRK
don't ever tell me that he'd be a big meanie who hates the quirkless and the idea of quirkless heroes/vigilantes ever again. get the fuck out of my house. if he's saying something against it thats because he doesn't want anyone else to get hurt!!! he had to get bailed out by nana!!! like!!! use your fucking brain im begging
After a moment I realized that i dont have to make izuku bigger... I CAN JUST MAKE KATSUKI SMALLER BY USING LASSO ABSHAHSAHSHAHAHSHSHDSHAH THANK YOU CINNA AHSHAJXIACJAIXJAICSJSJS💜💜💜💜
I accidentally drew izuku so small help idk how to fix it😭😭😭
Tsuyu helped her to escape and then sometimes they changed places when tsuyus supposed to meet with ochako. Both of them want her to be happy and toga thinks that if ochako learns she is alive, shed be stuck with her so toga tries to help her while trying to make her date with izuku
Guys imagine in the last chapter we see Midoriya Izuku being actually Toga Himiko...
Yeah, also I don't remember where I read it from but we didn't see anything personal about tsuyu and it made me sad too
Even though I didn't like the end too much, or when there was a bkdk implied art published, I never tried to be mean to other shippers and I'd like every shipper to be respectful to each other. This shouldn't be that hard.
If I think izuocha is not the best logical ship in the manga, I try to explain it with reasons while still trying to be respectful. Doing this kind of things shouldn't be that hard to any shippers (not just izuocha shippers but all of them).
If I want to think Izuku and Ochako dated a while but then they thought they don't have the romantic chemistry, I can. But I wouldn't do this while trying to be mean to izuocha shippers, I would just have fun on my own. If I want to think Izuku and Ochako get married, I can. But I wouldn't do this while trying to be mean to any shippers.
Please try to be respectful, it shouldn't be this hard.
Someone pls write this lmao
I had a thought. And it made me giggle. What if Bakugou Mitsuki kept getting mistaken for Katsuki by the media after he went pro?
Like just imagine:
Mitsuki: *minding her own business, shopping for groceries.* She looks up after putting the can back on the shelf and catches the eye of a lady with a microphone heading her way. She freezes as the lady approaches. She was shocked. She figured this would happen when Katsuki became a Pro Hero, but certainly didn't expect it to be now. She'd even gone over what she would say about Katsuki's childhood with Masaru, so she wouldn't get nervous and start cussing them out.
She started fidgeting with her hair and blouse, getting all the wrinkles out as microphone lady and her camera man approached. She sucked in a breathe of air as they got close enough.
"DynaMight-san, what are your thoughts on hero Shoto changing his last name to Toshinori and Endeavor disowning his son in return?"
Idk what her reaction would be. Maybe flabbergasted? But I feel like she would be like "The fuck?!?! I'm his mother!", which they wouldn't believe and then later on the evening news:
Katsuki: *Watching the evening news after getting off of work* He turns on the TV as he starts relaxing after a long day at work. Man his shoulders were killing him. He gets a glass of water and eases back on the couch. As he's drinking his water:
"BREAKING NEWS: DynaMight is a girl?!"
Katsuki does a spit take and starts choking on his water. Coughing like he's lost a lung, screaming "WHAT THE FUCK?!?!"
There on the screen is his mother, screaming in a similar fashion. A news anchor voices over the video:
"Earlier this evening DynaMight-san was seen shopping for his groceries. When asked his opinion on hero Shoto's quarrel with his father, a rather personal detail was found out abou-"
I just want the media, citizens, and heroes to be totally confused cause I find that hilarious 🤣 and the only ones who know (All Might, Aizawa, and Izuku) don't say anything because they find it funny and just play along.
a part two to my previous post, essentially. (I'd 100% recommend checking that one out as it covers any other topics regarding mha and disabilities that I don't over here)
my hero academia has always been a story that revolves around the mistreatment of those born different/differently-abled, and I think the fact that that is constantly overlooked ruins the entire theme of the story.
This theme is set right from the get-go, chapter 1 izuku is shown to constantly face harassment, bullying, mistreatment, and downright abuse by the hands of not only his peers but teachers as well, with his middle school home room teacher pointing out how midoriya wanted to apply to U.A. KNOWING he would be ridiculed.
Now here comes the question of why, why is izuku treated so awfully for something that seems so genuinely inconsequential, I mean most people in the mha universe don't even become pros, and out of the few who do become heroes so little actually become well known and revered, so why would it matter if he has a quirk or not? Well, it all has to do with the nature of quirks themselves. See, quirks arent just powers that you can tap into when you need them, something you turn on and off. I'd think of it as more of an extension of yourself - we see this when inko (izukus mother) used her quirk to float this around the house to move them towards her, or bakugo using his explosions to light a fire and help him cook. Tsu using her tongue to grab things. Ojiros tail helping him stand when he's tired, leaning on it, todoroki using his quirk to cool himself and others down when overheating, or warm up when too cold. These are all examples of quirks being used as extensions of the body, not easily removed from ones identity or characteristics. I feel as though having a quirk genuinely changes the way you think, as in you wouldnt know how to function without one.
So quirks arent just for heroes, theyre something that is so genuinely seen as needed for every day function. To survive as a normal person in society, to socialize and fit In. The abnormal is the normal, and anything other then superhuman is subpar.
Not having a quirk means that you supposedly can't function on the same level as those who have quirks. That you are not as able-bodied as those around you.
You are disabled.
Izuku midoriya was disabled (at least to their standards ) and it was something that everyone around him constantly ostracized him for. (I reference disability in the sense of it being physical, but I think this could also be applied to having mental disabilities as well, different nuero types ECT)
But then something happens.
Izuku somehow gets a quirk, he somehow gets a quirk, and everyone around him sees him as this new person.
Because he's no longer suffocatingly uncomfortable to be around. He's no longer the weak disabled kid that cant be left alone because what if a villain attacks?? How will he possibly defend himself? How will be ever be successful in life without a quirk to get him by?
Something that I saw a lot was when someone who didnt have a quirk got brought up, people would get really uncomfortable. They would apologize. Because not having a quirk is awful, and it's so unfortunate. Midoriya even does it to Melissa when she admits that she in fact does not have a quirk.
Now, fast forward to after the war, izuku midoriya loses his quirk.
He is officially back at square one.
And everyone is back to treating him as awfully and neglectfully as they did before- only this time, instead of being just disabled, he's a veteran as well, which I think has people treating him even worse then they did before. (If you want more about this, check out my previous post, as it goes hand it hand with this one. )
My hero academia is a story about disability, how different abilities hinder people, or lack therefore. It is a story about being as gifted as you arent. It is a story about gaining things only to lose them and learning how to live without them again. It is a story about disabilities, and how different people learn to live and cope with that. From neurological to physical. And, personally, I think it has done a wonderful job in explaining that.
Rest in peace Kevin Conroy (Batman's VA)
That would be really unlikely bc of Izuku's ex quirk I think but I feel you 😭 tbh I thought it was Toga that was watching Ochako as Tsuyu when she was being lifted to the helicopter because we couldn't see her corpse 🤡 she was literally lying next to her...
Guys imagine in the last chapter we see Midoriya Izuku being actually Toga Himiko...
I was supposed to post this on feb 14th but couldnt wait😔
everybody say "thank you habs owo!" for introducing me to nejire x yuyu ship🤧🌼
I had so much fun while drawing this, i hope you will like it too!
