id talk about how the “fanon is bad and cringe and canon is the only way” mindset has destroyed so much of what matters the most in fandoms but then id get burnt at the stake (someone please insist i talk about this so i can be dramatic but relent)

Unfortunately, I haven't read many fanfics, especially high-quality ones are rare, in my language. I prefer to develop different concepts for UnderLust AUs myself. Overall, to be honest, none of the concepts I've seen suits me enough, which is why I end up in a situation where I'm only focused on my own project.
