It Was Bent.

It Was Bent.

It was bent.

But is it broken?

(Inspired by Bug!Purple au from InksandPens and the design is inspired by design of celestialavive! It was really fun to draw with all this light, even if I messed up with this for a bit :P)

So I want to laugh at Musk picking fights with other billionaires, because it is, objectively speaking, extremely funny

screenshot of an NPR headline that reads: The new defendants added into the legal filing included Lego, Nestlé, Tyson Foods, Abbott Laboratories, Colgate-Palmolive, Pinterest and Shell International.

Elon Musk's X sues Lego, Nestlé and more brands, accusing them of advertising boycott

Especially when you consider that his argument essentially boils down to the idea that other companies deciding which platforms they want their brand associated with is somehow infringing on his ability to participate in the "open market place." Suggesting that the only "fair" way to support a "competitive" market is to FORCE advertisers to advertise on his platform even if they don't agree with his practices.

The complaint alleges that the World Federation of Advertisers was concerned that X, formerly known as Twitter, would stray from its brand safety initiative called the Global Alliance for Responsible Media (GARM). As a result, the suit said the group prepared a large-scale pause in advertising.

According to the suit, at least 18 advertisers that were part of GARM stopped buying ads on Twitter either in the U.S. or globally in the weeks after Musk bought the platform in November 2022, while other members of GARM "substantially reduced" their ad spending on Twitter.

In turn, X claims it was deprived of billions of dollars in advertising revenue and the ramifications of the boycott continue to be felt years later, the suit alleged.
Lawyers for X argued that in a competitive market, social media platforms should have the option to set their own brand safety standards that are "optimal for that platform."

"But collective action among competing advertisers to dictate brand safety standards to be applied by social media platforms shortcuts the competitive process and allows the collective views of a group of advertisers with market power to override the interests of consumer," the complaint said.

However I also feel compelled to point out that he is possibly one of the most dangerous men on earth right now, and he literally must be stopped. The kind of precedent he is trying to set here would be disastrous for all of us.

He's essentially trying to make boycotts illegal at any level. If he can do it to the giants, nothing will stop him from doing it to us, which we already know has been their plan all along.

They want to make any form of dissent illegal. Now is the time to dissent with all your might.

I think a lot of them are bots and psyops, regarding the hate you're getting. Like there has been a HUGE influx in the laziest, ugliest, and nastiests MAGA propaganda ever on this site starting around last year's election. I think it's to make them seem more numerous than they really are, as a way to overwhelm people, make them feel powerless, and decrease morale. That, and the anti-Harris anti-voting bot/psyops, though they seemed to be the more effective manipulation on Tumblr. But space nazi's stocks are almost below $114, and people are protesting all around the country, the military is on our side, and I heard the Supreme Court can potentially order to have trump and everyone who works under him removed due to them continuously ignoring court orders. And at least some US news groups aren't holding back the truth, like MSNBC. So that's good news, and proof that everyone's collective efforts with protests and boycotts are having an impact! And proof that these nazis and their supporters are smaller in number and weaker than they made themselves look.

↑ THIS ↑

Also, I just want to stress an important thing this mystery person said: "protests and boycotts are having an impact."

It's true. Proof? One of the most conservative justices on the U.S. Supreme Court just called Trump out for his dangerous overreach regarding the Judicial Branch. And Elon is fucking terrified, which is why he keeps tweeting about how unfair the Telsa Takedown movement is. We're hitting him where it hurts... no, not his shriveled balls, but his wealth.

So, keep fucking with this tin-pot dictator and his boot-licking sycophants.

Americans, did you know there were mass protests all across the country over Super Bowl weekend?

Coast-to-coast, from DC...

Americans, Did You Know There Were Mass Protests All Across The Country Over Super Bowl Weekend?

... to Portland

... from blue states

And nary but *crickets* from the national media. The revolution is NOT being televised, it is being suppressed.

Just remember, you are NOT alone. People ARE doing things. You will meet those people when YOU start doing things.

But we cannot rely on the courts alone. Trump is already defying numerous restraining orders, and the Executive branch controls the enforcement arm of federal law (U.S. Marshals Service).

When Trump inevitably refuses to comply with the courts and directs the DOJ/U.S. Marshals to stand down, effectively neutering the Judicial branch of the government, it will signal THE END OF U.S. DEMOCRACY.

Our only recourse will be to take to the streets. WE THE PEOPLE, need to demand rule of law by asserting our First Amendment right to assemble while we still have it.

Rise up against tyranny/oligarchy/white supremacy/you-name-it

It's so ironic how I, basically every year, return to something I've unfinished. It's so fucking funny and annoying.

Undertale please let me go (or don't, otherwise I may just die out of numbness)

When I saw this post, I just froze because oh my ducking god. This art actually echoes in my soul with light pain and dark understanding. I don't know I want it, but I needed it.

All I can say right now — this is how feels justice.

(Sorry about mistakes, it's 4 a.m and English isn't my native language. But I'm too shocked for being silent)
