Sleepytime Popsicle!

A little pal of mine is having trouble sleeping. Being the mom friend that I am, I’m researching natural sleep remedies. (They don’t like sleeping medication.) These popsicle seem like they may help! The main ingredients are bananas and cherry juice! Bananas have been shown to aid sleep! 

Besides, what little one is going to say no to a popsicle before bedtime? ♥
